Had a lot of fun playing slots and table games, dinner at Roxy’s was nice. Room was comfortable, wish bathtub a little bigger/ longer. Outside not so much with many homeless and their internal stimuli made me feel like I was at work. RN at psychiatric hospital, lol

Friends 80 yr birthday and our 20 yr anniversary

Our room was amazing. We will always want that room. The accessibility to food and entertainment was the best. We did not have a car so everything was great.

I love the ease of checking in and out. Staff were on deck to assist if needed. I usually stay at Silver Legacy, so this was my first time at Eldorado. Is clean inside but very outdated. I could hear the next door occupants so clearly, which made me stay up all night. The bathroom was not cleaned around the toilet, I did it myself. Hair there. Only one lock when you are inside. I mean I guess that okay but I was a little scared. The bed was very clean! I mean like it didn’t smell or anything. Sometimes it does at silver legacy, probably old pillows. All in all, I liked that it wasn’t smoke filled, made me want to walk around near the machine more. The bar downstairs was great. I may return but I would want to see the room first, especially since I want to book a room with a spa tub. They are always sold out unfortunately. Did I say good staff? They were friendly, that makes your day! I’ll be back to give it another try.

While overall our stay was pretty good, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the pillows were great. Bedding was clean, stocked with plenty of towels. This hotel experience fell very short in a few ways. First of all, I upgraded to the executive or whatever is the third step up? And the room was very lack luster. Totally fine, I was just confused. There wasn’t even a microwave which is wild to me. The shower was old and crusty, very outdated. Our view was nice over the mountains, lots of fun sightings of drug deals on the top of the casino’s parking garage. The other huge thing that was not great was the elevators… they sound like they are all almost broken and on 2 run… there would be hoards of us trying to fit in these things at all hours, just waiting forever. Staff was awesome, everyone I encountered was really helpful and great, I was just confused on how everything was so broken down. Maybe still recovering from the economic blow of Covid? Either way, I probably would not stay again, although the Millie’s restaurant downstairs had seriously amazing pastries and gelato that made our day pretty much every day.

Everything was good, except for being a non smoking room it still smell like cigarettes.

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip. Like it was walkable to nearby hotels.

Nice and clean, great food options.

I reserved a suite, it had a windows on both sides. It made the room nice, bright, and sunny. The room is huge, bathroom was large with 2 sinks bath room and a walk-in closet. The shower and toilet room was a bit small, they could have made the shower and toilet room bigger. It had a big jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The bed was huge and comfortable. Electric operated curtains, a nice touch. This was the second room, the first room was with very strong smoke smell, and front desk changed the room right away, the second room was 4 floors lower, The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the bell desk was very kind and helpful, I asked him for directions to the conference room, and he actually took me all the way there and showed me a short cut way by using the elevator to the conference room. Very good stay!

After spending three nights here I feel sick from the smoke. Won’t be staying here again

A lot of work goes into keeping this gem working and looking good. I attended a business conference.

Booked through hotels.com they charged me up front and the hotel charged us when we got there otherwise no room and neither will refund us or resolve this issue never staying again.

The room was clean, and customer service was excellent.

I didnt like the smell of weed everywhere we walked around the property

After driving for 5 hours from the Bay Area -it took forever to find parking in their garage. - - Then at check in the self check in doesn’t work if you tap your card - no one tells you this - we finally got a live agent who was so annoyed we had to use her - the initial room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned - we were given another room but the bathtub would do this weird loud spontaneous plumbing noise waking us up at 7 am Not coming back

The hotel and rooms are extremely dated and smoky throughout the hotel.

Easy, quick check in even though I arrived very late.

The smoke from the casino was not being ventilated well enough. Even with a non smoking room it was present and effecting our experience.
