This hotel has strong and weak points. Location is as good as it gets on the Promenade des Anglais. The old town and shopping district is a few minutes easy walk away. Our room was spacious, but decoration was very dull and vastly different from online presentation. But bed was good. Our room also had good sound proofing and there was no traffic noice. Good free wifi. Ok bathroom - but towels are poor quality and very thin. No stand alone shower - you need to use the bathtub. Good breakfast. Friendly reception staff. So all in all we had a good stay. My reservations are not too severe. But calling this hotel 4 star is a bit too optimistic. Hotel has aged and is in need of investment. Considering the price level, one could expect more.

Hotel was average, definately not 4 star hotel. Hotel corridors and a privilidge room were outdated and very standard. Very different than in pictures. Still tidy, and the staff was nice. The reseption is only place renovated recently. Furniture in privilidge room was cheap and very basic. Bed was comfortable. Noisy street outside. Good location though. Only french balcony (no room for sitting). There was supposed to be a sea view, but you couldnt enjoy or really see it, because the room was towards the city and a park, only sideways to the sea, so you needed to go standing on a narrow balcony to see the sea. We could not see it from the room. So it was quite disapointment. Breakfast ok.

場所は海の上の前海岸の目の前ですごくいいです。だけど、施設設備などは古いあんまりよくありません。特にフロントガセ、マイシロビか少ないです。設備もあんまり部屋の設備もあまりよく揃ってはいません

Hotel qui aurait besoin d’être renové… mais très bien placè.

La localizacion del hotel es de primera, y cerca de muchos lugares turisticos, tren y restaurantes. La bienvenida y despedida no ron para nada acogedoras. La joven en el counter me indico que me cobrarian el tax de la ciudad y no me indico la cantidad. Tuve que preguntarle y aun asi me respondio con un numero general. Ni las gracias recibi por el caballero al momento fe hacer check out. Fue muy poco cortes. La cama fue muy dura e incomoda. Los "springs" Del mattress me ocasionaban dolor y en las mañanas me levantaba adolorida. Me quede 2 semanas y tuve que solicitar que me cambiaran las sabanas a la semana. La habitacion quedaba al interior cosa que no me molesto porque no tuve ruidos para dormir. Habia agua 24 horas.

Toller Ausblick auf das Meer und die Promenade de Angleis, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig beim Schlafen. Personal sehr nett und bemüht, Frühstück reichhaltig und gut, Sauberkeit sehr gut. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Hotellet eller har sett sina bästa dagar men är bra räddning.

Mooie ruime kamer met uitstekend bed. Prima ruime badkamer, met douchen in het bad. Alles zou een update kunnen gebruiken. Uitstekend ontbijt met prachtig uitzicht op de boulevard en de zee. Uitstekende locatie.

La chambre avait de la peinture écaillée sur une grande partie du plafond. Le service pour avoir un fer a repasser a nécessité une attente de plus d'une heure ce qui est difficilement acceptable pour un Mercure.

Hotel très bien placé, sur la promenade et tout près du centre ville. Chambres spacieuses, dont certaines donnent directement sur la mer.
