The staff were very helpful!

I saw a mouse in my room, the elevator worked sometimes, the electricity was off for about 30 seconds, and the breakfast was okay.. certain things were cold like my eggs. The staff was very nice though, just wanted a different experience.

I loved the beachfront view from the in room balcony. The breakfast included in the rate was a great perk. The shower water was hot and the beds were comfortable. I did not like that the sofa was facing a wall instead of the telivision. This was a good value overall though and close to Fun Park.

Likes: Front desk staff Option for late checkout and allowed to temain parked on premises until 3PM to enjoy beach and or pool. Dislikes: Housekeeping is only every three days Sand builds up in the room from the beach - a broom in the toom would be great for the tiled poetuon and bathroom. The elevator wait time can be rather lengthy Keys deactivate easily

It’s convenient

It was a nice property with friendly staff and a great view of the ocean. The breakfast was good and offered several choices. Our room was concerning. Our sliding glass door was hard to open and close. Our balcony rail was unsafe because of a bolt not secured to wall. Microwave in our room did not work. Toilet handle needed to be held down for several minutes to flush. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. But for what we paid I expected a working room

the property location & staff were great! staff was always present & willing to help with smiles.you can walk anywhere but if you need your vehicle it is easy to access with the attached parking garage. breakfast included with different options a plus especially with a family. the huge disappointment was booking through expedia, do not do it! try to book direct through hotel. expedia offers false advertising! i book the most expensive suite & was told on arrival it was not available. the manager explained expedia does this alot & i should of called but i did call to confirm my vacation bc we drove 10hrs from cleveland ohio & was not told i would not be getting the suite i paid for online. the front desk & management said this happens all the time and they have notified in writing & email to expedia about the false booking/available rooms. other than expedia taking my money through false advertising the hotel itself was a memorable one & we would stay again

We booked an oceanfront room and selected a renovated one. We arrived and got exactly what we booked. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Those are the only things that get our 5 star. Anything else, it’s just ok. Parking is tight. Don’t forget to bring your key card because they randomly check I guess if you indeed are staying there. The property is kinda dated with some renovations. The indoor pool and some shared areas smell quite musty. Parking is tight so just a heads up if you have a bigger car. Also, be aware that PARKING IS NOT FREE. We only found out a few days later after seeing the charge on our credit card. They charge per day so be aware of that even if their website says they offer free garage parking. To us, that’s false advertisement.

We absolutely loved our stay. We spent so much time enjoying our balcony which overlooked the ocean. The small sitting area was perfect for meals that we brought in. This is our go-to when we are back in Virginia Beach!

We loved our stay here. Our room was really clean with a great view. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the slow elevator which got a little annoying here and there. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again next time.

Highly recommend to stay here but also be aware there is an extra 250 dollar hold that you’ll be charged that will be given back if no damages to the room! Just don’t want anyone else being blindsided like we were

This property did not match what you all had advertised. I came from out of town to stay at this location and did not have much of a choice but to stay the first night. I felt taken advantage of as I paid a premium rate for this room and it was not worth the price. I would like all of my money back as I spent hours talking to your customer service about how disappointed I was in what I was sold. Awful experience. I will not book with Expedia again. You all got this horribly wrong.

The location was spot on! The staff we encountered were all extremely nice! The parking garage was good just very tight fit for our F150 Raptor.. the room was nice and view was really good as well even from the 2nd floor.. the drains in the bathroom were backed up and didn’t empty very well in the sink and shower.. the balcony was not useable due to water dripping constantly from above, no matter where you stood you got dripped on and it stayed wet..they give fresh towels daily but you don’t get and cleaning unless your there 3 days.. it’s ridiculous being right on the ocean and all that sand and they don’t give you a broom and refuse to sweep.. I even asked..

Stayed Friday to Sunday. The hotel was clean and every time you looked around, someone was cleaning. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very nice. We did have an issue in our room where the rug was very wet. When I contacted housekeeping, they immediately contacted maintenance who came and looked at the issue. Because they couldn’t resolve right then, they changed our room right away. We would definitely come back.

The staff was friendly and patient, great location for the beach and for beach strip. My family ended up arriving early and was able to check in. Only issue was the air would go up in temperature at night.
