Lobby stunk really bad when we first went in. When we got to our room, it smelled like cat feces. Got moved to another room and they were small beds. The floor in our room was filthy. There was hair on the toilet and the tub. Very loud traffic, and we could hear people in the other rooms. When you walk outside, you could smell weed. And everybody was smoking. It was disgusting. I would sleep in my car before. I would ever stay at this place again. Next time I will bite the bullet and pay the extra hundred and something dollars to stay in one of the surrounding hotels. If you have other options, please do not stay at this place because I. Also felt unsafe. Our room had an adjoining room and I was worried about that.

Nothing.....needs work....badly!!!

This hotel is horrible!! $130 for a nasty hotel . The room was horrible, the floors were dirty with hair , dirt , bugs on the floor . The bathroom was the same bugs and dirt in the corners . The tub was dirty with hair and it wasn’t clean at all . Left to go eat we came back and people were smoking marijuana outside . The pictures they have online is deceiving , it doesn’t look like that at all . There wasn’t any continental breakfast. I am so disappointed with my stay. We will never go back to that place . Hopefully they will shut this location down.

It was good but people were at the pool wasted and blareing their music and the management wouldn't do anything about it.

The first room they gave me was not clean.147 so they changed me to 156 it was clean but water pressure in bathroom was terrible after water ran for about 6.minutes it slowed down to drips. People were outside our room until late into night smoking weed and talking loud

Location is close to ACU. No irons were available for guests. Bathroom floor was dirty. Leaking around base of commode? On Friday evening before 10 pm pool area was VERY NOISY.

The property was very old. Tub was stained. Security lock had screws pulling out of the door, which had big cracks you could see daylight through. Lots of construction workers staying there. I thought it was pricey for the condition of the property. My advice....spend the money and stay in the Holiday Inn next door.

Roaches, sheet had stains, bathroom smell and the shower curtain was nasty needed to wash it. The room.needed much upgrade. Who ever the supervisor for house keeping not doing their job. It would been nice if you gave us discount. Will never at your hot

In the first room I was assigned the air conditioner did not work. Front desk quickly found me another room. Both rooms had an odor. The second room showed that updates had been done, but not maintained. The bathtub was stained and had a possible mold stain on the repaired ceiling. The vanity had burned? marks on it. There appeared to be many places with grease marks and poor quality repairs. The working air conditioner in my second room was loud enough that I had to put cotton in my ears in order to sleep. This is the worst Baymont by Wyndham I've ever seen.

Definitely not worth what they charge. No coffee pots. Continental breakfast was awful

Not very clean. House keeper sprayed cleaner on headboard but never wiped it down. It just ran down and dried. Putty or something behind bathroom door on floor. Phone didn't work. Very noisy, people outside most of the night on Friday. Just not a place I felt safe. Old motel old fixtures with someone putting a bandaid on things that need to be replaced.

Room was not clean, faucet in bathroom wasn't connected to sink. Bathroom door was busted. Was just a place to sleep for $140.

Nothing much good hospitality

Room was old and unkept. Room is in a breezeway that is used by local workers to unwind and use the bar-b-que pit. Lots of noise and sounds as if some drinking also, I would never want this room again.

I was terribly disappointed in this property considering it is affiliated with Wyndham. The floor was very dirty, including water running out from under a wall. Bathroom door was loose and did not close without aid. Beds appeared ruffled as if they had not been changed, although the sheets did appear clean. The parking lot was littered with trash. Sad experience for over $100

no hot water in shower. rub wouldnt drain. greasy hand prints all over the headboard. trash piles up outside my door

This place was like something from a horror movie. The room wasn’t cleaned after the previous people. The sink, tub and toilet were disgusting. There was food trash left inside and outside of the room. Bugs on the bed and floor. Drugged out people knocked on the car door when we got there and there were lots of drunk/high people out wondering around the property at 1 am. We didn’t stay. We got a refund and found another place to stay.

Absolutely disgusting! I didn’t expect a mansion for the price I paid however for $130/nt I expected a clean room with clean sheets. You cannot call to the front desk because it rings for five minutes before it disconnects you. When you ask for a clean sheets, even showing the photos you took of the disgusting stained and/or dirty sheets, and blankets that were on your bed you are scoffed at and made out to be a problem from the front desk attendant. The shower is horrid! I’ve got the air conditioner turned down to 58 and it is still sweltering in this room, not to mention the contact high you get from walking to the ice machine… I would absolutely never stay here again, and I know than what I know now! I wish there was a way I could show these photos…

For the price it should have been much better. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.
