Both pools were closed. Everything else was excellent

I reserved here because i liked the indoor pool and the hot tub to spend time with my kids. And also the said that close at midnight. But when we get there the indoor pool was in renovation. They have a outdoor pool but the only way to get there is with stair and we traveled with a baby 10 month old and a toddler, we have a stroller and we couldn’t go to the pool. The breakfast is amazing, you have to try the omelet. Maybe we had a better experience when they open the pool again.

Staff was beyond excellent. Property was super clean, quiet.

Both pools closed. No water dispensers. Bathroom in the gym closed. Water dispenser in gym out of order. Restaurant crowded. They closed 1/2 off for a private event. Outdoor dining area looked much different than the pictures. Quality of coffee maker and coffee in the room. Bathroom shower outdated. Sink water tasted like mold when brushing teeth.

friendly staff

We were displaced from Great Wolf Lodge due to a transformer issue. We booked this hotel because we liked the way the indoor pool looked. Come to find out, it too was under renovation. The staff quickly apologized and asked how they could make up for it being that it was my sons 6th birthday we were celebrating. All staff here, including the waitstaff and omelet bar guy at breakfast displayed the highest level of service ive ever seen. Not many places that do it like this anymore. Those were "difference making" staff members. Its because of my experience with thrm, that we will book this hotel every time we are in the Dallas area in the future.

Indoor pool, hot tub were closed while we were there. Very disappointing since it was storming the whole time and the outdoor pool Was unsafe.

Both pools were out of service during our stay and the area around the lake was very dirty

Great hospitality of the front staff. We had to stay due to missing connecting flight. When we asked her many things she was very kind.

Staff could be a little more customer friendly.

Work was being done (sidewalks being poured) which is a great upgrade; however the contractor could do a better job of cleaning the areas and sidewalks at the end of the day as there was trash and tools left behind, and lots of dirt on the pathways.

Our stay was very nice. Great hotel and Staff. I would stay here again with no issues!
