This was close and convenient to the airport for an overnight layover.

All the rooms in this location need a makeover! Just like they did the lobby! Mold in the bathroom sink around the boarders in room and shower. Room carpet smelt horrible! I had to ask the front desk for air freshener. Out dated furniture in room look warn down. Fruit flies in room every day and lobby bar area. Rooms are just not worth the money at all. But the lobby area is all new and beautiful! That’s how they trick you. Cause the rooms are antique!

The front dest staff wasn't nice. She intentionally gave me a room in towerll which was very far from the elevator. I had 3 heavy baggages and i told her but she didnt care. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. It was only 1 night and had an early flight so i just left ASAP.

The ballroom is beautiful. The staff was even nice however housekeeping needs to be trained how to clean a bathroom. I wanted to ask the people at the front desk if I could train them free of charge because the first room I had the bathroom had hair all on the side of the tub. They gave me another room with no problem and that bathroom was dirty also I will never stay here again

Our air conditioner was not working and maintenance had to come work on it. Not once but twice when it kept working. This was the case for both rooms we rented. Rooms are dated and need updated. Quite disappointing for whats suppose to be a luxury hotel.

Good hotel for the airport but definitely a little dated. This hotel needs some love.

The clerk did not welcome me Did not ask for membership Did not tell me Parking was at a cost or how much No wifi guest code offered Bed sheets torn sofa dirty tub needs recaulking..I must have the worst room in the hotel

The place was very clean but there were some issues the bathroom door was cracked so hard to open, the tub was not draining well, and in the morning we had to leave very early so we used the quick serve but was disappointed to find mostly chips and candy there was some items to heat up but as we were on a time crunch to grab airport shuttle we did not have time to do that would have liked packaged muffins, donuts croissants something like that but we were left with nothing like that. Also the cost for the few things we got were very expensive. Also when we wanted to clean up after ourselves there was not a trashcan to be found anywhere... why would you rather someone just leave the messes like pigs makes no sense.

The property was great, but I didn’t really like the parking.

We needed a room by the airport for our early morning flight. The bed was not good, it sunk. I tried to sleep on a pillow to fill in the gap. Tried to sleep on the couch, not comfy either. We were treated rudely because we brought in Subway and wanted to get bar drinks and enjoy our food, but we were told since we had "outside food" we couldn't sit at the tables, even though there were only 2 other parties. So we moved where we originally wanted to sit so we would be out of the way. It was very awkward. We cleaned up our own "mess" and left a tip. Won't be back.

The facilities are pretty clean and nice but the reservation told me they had breakfast included and when I went to go get breakfast, they embarrassed me and let me know that I need to go get a voucher from the front desk that I had to pay an extra $22 to get the breakfast I also went to the pool and there were no towels so when I went to the front desk asking for a towel, dripping, wet, freezing cold he would not give me one on spot and steady made me go all the way to my room and wait there to receive a towel. I didn’t agree with that and that just wasn’t OK to me, but as far as service goes, they could do a lot better. The ice machine was old and raggedy. I couldn’t even fill up a bucket, but for the most part the rooms were clean. I didn’t have conditioner in my shower and had to ask that after I had already got in & went to wash my hair and I quickly realize there was no conditioner so I don’t know that they are cleaning, stocking and refilling as they’re supposed to. Paying for the parking, paying for the breakfast, than holding $100 for a fee is a little much to me.

I didn’t like there were no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Also, you have to pay to park on the property, each time you leave and return. Handicap parking was taken by non- disable patrons in the front of the business.It was reprted to the officer on duty but nothing was done.

Checkin wa very easy, quick, and friendly. Hotel is clean and quiet. Very happy.

Ac wasn’t working like it should, toilet water was running

This is an older property very close to the airport. If you are just looking for a place to sleep 😴 or if you have a early morning flight this is a good option.

The property was overbooked so we had to go next door.
