Although in a high traffic area the property and staff made the stay enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and the stay is lovely. I only deducted a star since I requested room service early one day but the most they did was change out the towels.

The property did not have my expedia reservation when we arrived and said there was nothing they could do about it. I showed them my expedia confirmation and they said it wasn't sent to them.

Excellent place to stay. It was very clean, delicious breakfast, near parking garage and very nice staff.

The beds are okay, a little too firm for my back but otherwise alright. The windows and balcony were pretty dirty but the room itself was decent. The food options are pretty bad, not a whole lot of selection and the prices were straight up awful for my type of income. Also there is absolutely no parking at this hotel unless you pay for valet parking and that alone is over 50 dollars for them to drive your vehicle about 20 feet and remove a cone to park in a normal parking space in front of the hotel... that kinda chapped my ass a bit.

Clean, great staff, and location

Perfect suite layout for families! The beds were super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for easy meals with the kids.

The property is in bad shape. Handles fell off in the shower and on furniture. The housekeeping was deficient: we found a left over bottle behind a curtain from the previous guest. One of the elevators wasn't working and it took up to 10 minutes to get to the lobby. The beds are terrible: they're so soft that you sink into the mattress and wake up with a back ache. The pull-out was also terrible: you could feel the springs on your back, and we had to order the bedding, when usually pull-outs already have the sheets and blanket installed. No door between sink and the room. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The internet didn't work one day.

They charge a fee that expedia doesnt tell you about it, we need to pay $150 just to stay plus 57 for parking each night
