Its an older property and should be renovated. Rooms are very roomy but outdated. They really need to adjust where you enter the property. When you exit the freeway, you need to be very careful to swing all the way to right immediately to enter through the back gate if it's open, otherwise you'll need to circle back and its a long way to circle back. Otherwise what we did was to take one exit early, which solved this but your GPS won't tell you this!

Everything was really nice but we had cockroaches the last night that was not cool

Loud, rooms facing freeway felt like windows were open. Room carpet was dirty bathtub was dirty!

This is an old property that desperately needs renovation. First room didn’t have an inside safety door stop, second room lock didn’t work, finally on third try got a decent room. Hallway carpets were stained/dirty.

The room service never came to clean our room when requested and there was roaches. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this franchise.

Quiet and clean place. There are restaurants and a supermarket very close by.

Fatal que no limpien las habitaciones diariamente, no tienden camas, no sacan la basura, se acaba el papel de baño y hay que bajar a la recepción, jamás me volveré a quedar en este hotel. No avisan al hacer la reservación que no limpian las habitaciones.

Friendly staff but the property is a DUMP! Poorly maintained grounds and building. People smoking marijuana at the pool too! Won’t stay here or any other Wyndham property in the future.

We had a 1& 3 year old. They put us on 4th floor, dark hallway and dirty carpet. Room had earplugs on table, thought it was weird but then tried to go to bed and figured out why. 1 & 3 year old do not wear earplugs. UP ALL NIGHT due to the highway noise, found 2 baby cockroaches in our bathroom and then when we decided we were not going to stay another night, we checked the bedding to make sure we packed everything and my daughters sheets had blood stains on them. Sheets were washed but had what appeared to be blood stains. The elevator was dirty. Just not clean. Very disappointing for a La Quinta. They did refund our 1 night we did not stay after calling multiple times. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The room was dirty, tv’s didn’t work, my car got broken into literally right in the parking lot , so of course I asked about the cameras & to see what I needed to do to obtain footage. they were no help. Actually All the staff i experienced during my stay were extremely rude except the young man that was there when I checked in that evening. This type of service & quality is ridiculous for the price of these rooms. Just wow

Trust the bad reviews. I travel a lot for work and have stayed at other La Quintas with no problems. We should have not had our experience especially for the price. Place was dirty. We couldn’t even shower but started getting ready for bed when roaches started coming out and bugs crawling IN the bed. Plus area seemed unsafe. We observed car window glass in parking lot. Possibly worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

As soon as we walked into the room there were roaches, smell in the rooms and hallway. Receptionist was friendly and gave us another room but that room was dirty as well. Mattress were stained, room smelled.

The room Was clean and staff polite. The room was clean but the highway traffic noise was horrible all night long. When we arrive the window was ajar and we had to slam it shut to lock it. Otherwise there were no issues.

Hotel eas in need of facelift. Carpets were worn out and there was evidence of roaches in the first room we were in. Staff did put us in another room. This room was clear of bugs.
