Booked two rooms, then when we got there to check in only one was available and had to get another room 4 floors away from other family members!

The front desk staff was very nice, no conditioner in room, no coffe cups, no water etc, just two bath towels…more than we were quoted 279.00 and then hit with 55.00porking fee and then a 30.00 fee with a credit if we used it that day(5pm we checked in) we get a credit beside all the taxes.. I wish they would give a total price and stop nickel and diming us!! It’s very misleading when looking for a place to stay bait and switch!!

Our stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Cocnut Grove was excellent. We were there for a wedding and were pleasantly surprised that a transports included in our stay within a 2 mile radius. The other impressive part about our stay there was the amazing and friendly staff. They never missed a beat and were truly “at our service”.

Staff was absolutely EXCELLENT!!

The airconditioning woould not stay where i set it - kept going bacK to unoccupied setting, closet was ALMOST NON EXISTANT -COULD NOT PUT ANY CLOTHES IN--BATHROOM WAS WAY TO SMALL AND TOO DIMLY LIT--DOOR TO BATH DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY-STOPPER KEPT IT FROM CLOSING PROPERLY, RESTAURANT WITH TOO LIMITED MENU-- NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR ROOM PRICE

Ordered food at the bar, service was slow and food came out cold

It was a good property and people were extremely friendly. They made exceptions for us and took good care of us. The room was good.

Loved the area, walking distance to downtown coconut grove. Did not like the tiny shower or the pool space.

Nice property. Great beds. Loved the balcony & view. Convenient location. Hated the surprise of a $30 per night resort fee... As if you use all the amenities they maintain regardless of the occupancy. AND nice that bikes are included. But did not appreciate the staff not being clear that drinks from the bar included in the resort fee but not the lobby vending. Spent $40; n drinks from lobby fridges, when I could have been getting them 15 feet away and covered my sunk cost.... So resort fee PLUS random drinks I would never have bought if I knew I was paying separate for a $12 small bottle of wine

Great place!

We were there for a family member’s wedding. The hotel was clean. The staff was attentive. We was able to get a ride to the wedding in the Tesla shuttle some family was able to get a ride earlier in the day to the mall. My only complaint is that the bathrooms in the rooms are so small. I would definitely stay again and recommend to someone looking in the area.

No complaints, everything was excellent!

Loved the view, the room, and the service too. The only thing I felt was lacking really was the size of the bathroom, especially the sink. I've seen bigger ones on small boats.
