Très bon accueil. Chambre propre. Grand lit. Hôtel en retrait de la route donc calme. Petitdej complet un peu cher, formule express correcte

Chambre pour 3 mais le lit d’appoint qui est un canapé est vieillot, matelas inconfortable et bruyant.

Quiet, clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet is great . They need one more coffee machine because one is not enough at rush time . I’ll go. Ack .

Considering everything, I would rate my stay at the Novotel, Toulouse a very satisfying one. The staff were very accommodating and incredibly friendly ( kudos to Kevin, Luca and Ryan ).The room was spacious,spotless, and comfortable and crisp bed sheets too!The metro is very accessible from this location-just 2 stops to the city center. Only minor issues were the pillows being too small and the quality of some of the furnishings was a bit chintzy to my liking-but that's a personal preference🙏♥️👍

Limited towels. They suggest maid service every two days. Paper cups for coffee?? Very limited lighting to try and read a book in bed. Nice location by a park area though.

Totalt sett hadde vi et OK opphold. Veldig variabel service i restauranten. Det varierte fra veldig bra til dårlig. Hotellet får pluss for lekerommet med varierte akriviteter. Bassengområdet er også bra. Beliggenheten til hotellet er veldig bra og rommene er romslige og fine. Treningsrommmet er litt for lite og mangler mye standard utstyr. Positivt med umiddelbar nærhet til den japanske hagen.

Parking was adjoining and handy. Good restaurant as well. Friendly staff.
