For eg; Breakfast times. Weekdays and Weekends. Other Facilities. Etc; 2. Dishes not available on Menus. Should be noted on Restaurant Menus and Room Service Menus. Attach Drinks and Beverages Menu to Room Service Menu. Advise the Restaurant Breakfast Chef. To use a Egg Omlette Recipe. Etc; Because 2 fried eggs stuck together is NOT an Omlette. 3. STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of Wine. 4. A Concierge does not have the role of a Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc. 5. Educate ALL Staff NOT to Discriminate against Guests who are racially not white.

That's a family friendly hotel in an easy access location. Staff is very helpful. The manager, Jimmy, helped us settle down quickly. They also provide good quality room service with limited choices. The spa and pool is a bit small but that's clean and warm.

We had two flies in our room and was expecting a view of the Solent....

Friendly staff clean room lovely breakfast...staircase down to pool needs attention as its all rusty.

Overall good experience. Room interior was good. But it was a king superior which while the room was a good space when you opened the window we looked directly at a restaurant vent (assume) and the other window beside it was a bird crap covered structure that had about t years of dirt on it. I'm not asking for a view of the palace when the word superior is used in the description but that was the most disheartening experience of a room I've ever had. It should be a closet.

Pubic hair in shower otherwise room clean. A good view for a cheaper room. Very spacious room with nice furniture. Jacuzzi not working, stairs to pool feel dangerous. Bar was a nice area in evening for a drink or two. Breakfast had a lot of choice but hot food was almost cold which was a shame, buffets need refreshing. Roast potatoes in breakfast? If you remove the American hash browns from the English breakfast at least put bubble and squeak on. All staff interactions were great.

Good breakfast central for Southampton and ferries

Parking very easy and safe, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent. We stayed for just one night before our cruise and would recommend this hotel. It is close to the docks and a short walk to the shopping centre with plenty of options to eat out too.

Buse at the front desk was just exceptional! She handled some minor issues with such speed and efficiency, she is truly an asset to this company. The daily breakfast is outstanding in quality, service and variety. The pool is truly an added bonus being warm , large and having a hot tub. Even though I was not able to use the gym area it looked great! I highly recommend a stay at The Leonardo not only for its appeal but for the ease of walk ability to anything you may need or want. Also main train station about 10 min walk.

The room is clean, quiet. It is located in convenient location, only take 5 min walk to Tudor house & Garden, Westquay mall..etc.

Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean (a little bit dated in places) and I had a wonderful time. Customer service was more than excellent. Lots of care taken with me in the Spa by Beth and Kirsty, top notch waiting on service by Lydia in the restaurant, and a big shout out to Rhiannon in the café bar!
