The staff at this hotel go above and beyond , especially Taylor at the front desk . The pool was great . We come to Erie once a summer and this will be our go to hotel

Front desk staff Jen and Leonard were very personable and efficient! Made us feel welcome, provided amenities when needed. It was a pleasure to be greeted with such cheerful enthusiasm

The room was clean. Staff I spoke with very helpful and friendly. My family enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good.

Decent room. Hadn't been cleaned the best - found beer bottle caps in the chair and snack wrappers under the bed. Water pressure and temperature good.

Clean room, good breakfast

Pretty much what you expect from this price range. Wifi was extremely slow, beds exceptionally uncomfortable. Check in and out were easy and staff were good.

Property was old and outdated

Least favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everything was run down and wet. Grounds were unkempt. Office chair wouldn’t roll. A/C was obnoxiously loud all night. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Washer and dryer were both broken in laundry facilities. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Drinking fountain was dirty! And would not drain. Tub handle and faucet pulled out from the wall. 2 of 3 front desk people were grumpy and unhelpful. We left with everything in our possession wet and starting to mildew. A paper with our itinerary on it was hanging partially off the desk. By the time we checked out, the paper was wet and hanging in half over the edge. Good things: shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was decent. The guy running breakfast was helpful and cheerful. Maids were helpful in getting extra garbage bags to put all our wet stuff in.

The washrooms are not working. They fixed it once we inform but bathroom was full of water . I will not recommend if we are going with family.

We will definitely be back. Rooms were clean and great staff, especially Leonard who was very accommodating. One improvement I would like is an area to sit outside, early morning and evening The pool area is perfect however it closes too early and opens too late. There is an area outside the pool area that could be fixed up and would be perfect. We come up in the summers to go to Presque Isle often and would prefer our time spent outside than in the room. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this location several times. The room was clean and the pool is always clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and the staff at the desk were very nice. The hotel is older and could be a little more clean overall, but the room was good and comfortable.

At check in was given a tool key that other people were in already then they gave me another room the air conditioner rattled all night needless to say terrible night sleep would not stay again the breakfast was the highlight of the morning next to checking out ! Price was 86$ for that reason I am glad that’s all I paid still won’t stay again the landscaping is terrible the notes previously say was remodeled like when 1970?

This hotel is amazing the from the owner to the front desk to Erin in the restraunt we cant wait to come back in a couple weeks again

Pool was great. Elevator didn’t work 75% of time. Parking lot needs replaced full of holes. Landscape needs weeding and trash removed. Bathrooms need remodeled. Service people are great and very helpful!!!

it was a great location. Upon check in, staff very unfriendly. And our room wasn't cleaned !! The bed had a toenail in the sheets, makeup on the pillow case, cheerio's and a dirty spoon on the floor! The bathroom wasn't cleaned as well. Terrible

Friendly staff, and clean hotel. Good breakfast.
