The spa was overrun with children when we visited - to the point of being unusable by anyone else. The lap pool was dominated by floaties, pool noodles, and beach balls. The deck chairs meant for relaxing were soaked by splashing kids. If someone had broken out a JBL speaker and started blasting it I would have barely have cared given how chaotic and unrelaxing the spa was. Felt like a low-budget cruise. Honestly so angry about how shabbily they maintain and enforce what is supposed to be a premiere spa resort. I have stayed at many spa-centric hotels in the last - this one felt like a mockery. Cannot believe how much money I wasted. Holiday Inn has a pool and better behaved guests.

Our stay at Four Seasons Toronto was everything you hope for when traveling as a family of five. From the moment we arrived, the team was responsive, warm, and genuinely attentive. The personalized touches made it special. Gifts for the kids, handwritten notes, champagne and chocolate waiting for us, along with fresh fruit and snacks. It truly felt like a home away from home. The chat system and seamless online ordering made everything effortless, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. The restaurants were excellent, and the food did not disappoint. We could not have asked for a better experience. Four Seasons continues to be our family’s favorite for a reason.
