It was a good one

Everything I needed was right there.

This would be a property that I would not book at immediately if it was the last thing available I would, but I would definitely look at other hotels in the area especially being that they were all in the same price range I would also be willing to pay a little more for a cleaner room. But there was some type of liquid that looked like blood on the bedsheet. The bedsheet was also a queen that they put onto a king size bed so it kept coming off the entire time. I was also able to see the actual mattress, and it was completely filthy, covered with brown and black and red spots, which was kind of gross to look at.The bathroom also had some kind of stain that also looked like blood in the shower. The cleanliness is what kind of ruined it for us. Staff was very nice only used or contacted them during check in and check out.

Great place to stay! Very accommodating to meet the needs we had. Easy access to travel ways.

The whole experience was wonderful from check in,room service and valet parking. Glad i chose this hotel. Luxurious for sure!!

There was a group of about 40 checking in. I was only 1 with a reservation. It seemed to me someone should have come out to help. Eventually they did. I loved the hottub and I was especially impressed with the food and room service!

Bed mattress was dirty. Shower head didn’t fully work Housekeeping showed up at 7A. Checkout is 12P. Maintenance came at 9A. We didn’t call for maintenance. Unorganized and bothersome.

Very close to my work location. The rate should be better for corporate town visit

They overcharge me and twice

Dirty room. Ripped sheets. Cigarette butts littered with trash in the stairwell.

The hotel was nice and the room was also nice. The lady at the front desk must not have been having a good night because I asked her for a room close to the elevator because I had hip surgery and she put me at my father’s pulling away from the elevator that she possibly could. Was not appreciated at all.!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. But we didn’t have access to the rooftop like advertised

It was an amazing time, only complain is room service. Waited and line was transfered multiple times. Once someone picked up, their restaurant menu compared to the one from the QR code in the room did not match. Tried to order items that were on the menu but not available. Then wait time was almost an hour. We went downstairs ordered ourselves and had it in 30 minutes

Patio showed on website, you have to pay to use, that wasn't stated in the details. Pool time for the weekend should be longer. Drapes in the room didn't cover window fully the lights from the building across from us was coming in our room.

This is a very nice hotel but I did not realize that parking was not free. Parking is across the street in a parking deck and it cost $20 per night to park. I probably would not have stayed there if I had known. We only stayed for one night.

Location is great. I’m an Indianapolis native so I’m very familiar with the city. I prefer to stay in this area versus staying downtown. The hotel is also connected to the mall. It’s a modern, clean, and peaceful space. The corner suite we were given was perfect. Staff were relatively friendly for the most part. Overall, no complaints.

This is a beautiful hotel and conveniently attached to the Keystone mall. Anything you want or need is inside no reason to be driving anywhere. We had a really great time. Our bed was very comfortable. The only downside is the breakfast food served at the café is not the best I would recommend finding a better place for breakfast.
