Didn’t like it

Hotellets minibuss som skulle gå mellan hotellet och flygplatsen varje halvtimme kom ofta inte till flygplatsen och man behövde leta efter chauffören på hotellet.Rumsstädningen var si och så och vi behövde skriva lappar för att de skulle dammsuga. Det var stopp i toaletten många gånger och de rättade inte till det riktigt så att det höll när de kom. Frukosten gick att äta men det fanns inte särskilt mycket att välja på. Den mat som gick att välja i baren var inte alls bra. Det fanns en pool som var bra men det var inte ordning där. Gymmet var bra. Vi drömmer inte om att komma tillbaka till hotellet.

The Staff was friendly and helpful in addressing my various questions.

We were appreciative of the airport shuttle but were worried we were in the wrong place after waiting 40 mins for a shuttle. We also arrived to the hotel 10 mins to 4pm (check in time) & was asked to wait till 4 to check in but then was not provided a room until 5:30pm. Our room was spacious but had dirty bathroom mirrors/floors and dirty windows. Disappointed so far in our stay.

On the first night of my stay, I asked the front desk clerk where the soda vending machines were located, as there was no orange soda available in the lobby store. He falsely told me that the hotel did not have any vending machines. However, I later discovered that he had lied when I went to get a bucket of ice and found the vending machine with orange soda right next to it. Additionally, the hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast.

Lack of staff communication

Prior to arriving we called hotel when a young guy answered “ hello” never identified where I was calling, horrible customer service, when we got to hotel I asked were the restaurant was he said he replied “ around there” When we walked into the elevator there was roaches on the floor, rooms smelled horrible. At one point this hotel beautiful, how disappointing. Would not stay not recommend it . Breakfast was poor and horrible, bacon was burnt. Horrible, I have nothing good to say

They night staff was really nuce. The lady that checked us out gave us thw impression she could nit be bothered. Their business center works sometimes. Then on top of it all i had free breakfast and was charged for 2 people. The hotel only refunded one. Parking was $18 per night. Kind of crazy since we paid $199 to stay here.

The food at the bar and restaurant were good. The only thing we didn’t like was we didn’t know the time when they open or close. There’s not a lot other food choices outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional

Llegamos al hotel a las 3am por un problema de mal clima y cierre del aeropuerto en nuestro itinerario de vuelo. El señor de recepción se tardó más de 30 minutos hasta darnos la habitación, a pesar de haber cobrado ya la totalidad de nuestro hospedaje ( sin mayor explicación nos tuvo ahí parados ) con el cansancio del día de viaje y hora de llegada la verdad fue decepcionante el check in Nos asignaron una habitación muy vieja en el piso 2 … sonaba la refrigeradora, olía a humedad. Las ventanas totalmente sudadas. Pedimos cambio y en la mañana siguiente nos pudieron cambiar por medio de la gestión de hoteles.com a una habitación en el piso 10. Estaba un poco mejor, sin embargo el baño tenía un olor bastante raro. El hotel esta deteriorado. Había una fuerte gotera en el baño en Pb para clientes del restaurante o bar. El desayuno nunca fue registrado en el restaurante, tuvimos que explicar que estaba ya pagado incluido en la tarifa. El tiempo de espera era largo ( parecía que había poco personal ) sin embargo la señorita siempre fue amable. El destino consiste únicamente en una opción de la carta, no es bufette. El parqueadero tiene costo adicional de 18usd por noche. Algunos paquetes que nos llegaron al hotel fueron dejados en UPS de ahí del hotel, tuvimos que pagar usd10 por cada uno. Según los Sres de UPS no saben por qué los señores del hotel dejan ahí. Lo cierto es que vuelven a etiquetar las cosas y nos cobrar por la entrega diciendo diciendo que es la misma direcc

Hotel has seen better days. Roaches, rude parking attendant, scratched walls, spills not cleaned. Bathroom door lock broken. I remember the time when the flooded parking lot was the only issue.

Stay was great only complain was our air went out. A/C might need an upgrade.

Had a leaking bathroom faucet for the whole stay and even my friends too. It was reported but not resolved during the stay.
