Geweldig Hotel met mooie kamers in het centrum van München. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en erg behulpzaam.

Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

La Tv dovrebbe proporre app direttamente senza dover condividere con cellulare rete Wi-Fi un po lenta. Per il resto tutto perfetto

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing hospitality. On Christmas Eve, hospitality went room to room sharing delicious sweet bread. You can’t beat the location either. It’s walkable distance to Resz, Marienplatz, and the market. My family had an unforgettable Christmas stay in Munich; very glad we picked this hotel!

Lovely location, nice rooms, helpful staff

Amazing hotel! Perfect Location. We upgraded to a suite when we got there and was a perfect stay. I did not realize this was a 4 Seasons Brand hotel and it did not disappoint. Walking distances to amazing shops and restaurants, next to the palace and opera house. Nice pool and gym area in the spa. Lobby area was a great place to hang and be seen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative I would say was pillows were very mushy.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location. The staff are friendly and work to meet your needs. The hotel rooms are a bit older and some of the amenities do not work the way they should. I would still recommend this hotel but know that there are opportunities for upgrades and improvements.

Excelente hotel y servicio, repetiría! Ubicación inigualable, habitación amplia y lujosa.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr, und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Diesmal aber nicht. Grund: wir haben exzipiert das Zimmer im 1. Etage gebucht da ich kein Fahrstuhl benutze. Es wurde aber uns im 5. Etage zugewiesen. Erst nach Nachfragen bekamen wir eines wie gewünscht. Das Frühstück mussten wir 30 min. warten bis alles bestellte auf dem Tisch war und mehrere male nachfragen. Beim Checkout haben wir es gesagt aber es wurde gar nicht darauf eingegangen nur genickt. Das Gepäck einladen im Auto war auch nicht sehr freundlich, auch mussten wir noch um ein Mineralwasser bitten. Alles in allem diesmal enttäuschend

Tophotel, welches wir immer wieder mal besuchen. Von A-Z überzeugend! Ganz besonders möchten wir Luca vom Restaurant erwähnen mit perfekter Servicequalität und maximaler Freundlichkeit!
