Super dejligt ophold og meget børnevenlig

Buitenkant doet niet vermoeden dat het een vijf sterren accomodatie is. De lobby en receptie ogen verzorgd. De verdiepingen zien er echter gedateerd uit. De vloerbedekking is een beetje smoezelig. Het bed lijkt goed, maar hebben de nacht nog niet doorgebracht. Liggen 2 kussens op het bed. Beiden niet stevig. Is mij niet bekend of er een ander kussen te vragen valt. Ik heb altijd eigen kussen mee, dus niet nodig. Inchecken verliep voorspoedig en snel. Werd meerdere malen aangeboden om bagage naar de kamer te brengen. Maar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.

The property is beautiful. It’s a bit outside of the main Frankfurt area but it’s only about 15 mins so not bad. The hotel has a park which is so pretty to walk around in. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are really nice and well maintained.

Var virkeligt et lækkert hotel

Happy in general but we booked joining rooms for family of four and they where both double beds with no option to change one so we ended up with two separate rooms about 10 rooms apart

The only thing I didn’t like were the very flat pillows. The staff was amazing: they heard it was the first time our 8 year old stayed at the Hilton and prepared him a beautiful welcome gift including chocolates and fruits and brought it to the room with a welcome card. They also were wonderful during dinner paying extra attention to the children. At check in both kids were allowed to pick out a gift.

We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the room was missing a child's bed, even though we clearly stated that we are three people with a 5-year-old child. There were also missing toiletries in the bathroom. We had to wait almost an hour until the room was properly arranged, which was very inconvenient given our early flight the next morning.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, schöner Pool-und Spabereich ! Ruhiges , großes Zimmer. Nettes Personal ! Nächstes möchte ich länger bleiben.

The whole experience was amazing! I slept so well on the very comfortable big bed, the pools were great, everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. Anything I could have imagined, they had available at the breakfast.

The bed’s feels like you’re sleeping on the box spring. Called 2 weeks before check in to ask about early check in and was toward it wouldn’t be a problem since it was a Tuesday. Even offered to pay an extra day. The gentleman said it wasn’t necessary just call when we land, which we did at 9am. Upon arriving at the hotel the lady said the hotel is full and would notify us when our room was ready. We got our room after check in time of 3pm. The manager said we would get something for our troubles and we didn’t receive anything. Very disappointing in Hilton and wouldn’t recommend this property.
