First rate room first rate service great time. Enrico in particular really took care of us with info taxis etc. Highly recommend this property

We had a great stay at the palazzo Montebello. Great location, clean, staff were friendly. Special mention to Eda at breakfast. She was fantastic. We will visit again soon!

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel was very nice. The only thing I would recommend is the air conditioning to be little better.

This was a beautiful property on a quiet street. Very helpful staff and taxis that showed up immediately. Very good Indian food is walkable for when you are tired of pasta.

Lovely stylish hotel that sits just outside the hustle and bustle, but is still easily walkable to all the sights and attractions. Had a junior suite which was clean ,modern and spacious. Enjoyed a nice continental breakfast and liked relaxing with an evening drink in the pretty outside courtyard. All the staff were exceptional.

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. This is a hidden gem in Florence. The only thing is that it is an extra 10 min walk from the city center.

The Palazzo Montebello is a very nice and a very comfortable hotel. The hotel personal are extremely helpful and patient. The hotel is centrally located to all of the restaurants, stores, museums and sites. When I return to Florence, I will be staying at Palazzo Montebello.

Beautiful property (recently renovated) 2 blocks from the Arno and very safe & quiet area of Florence. My room was large by European standards and the bathroom was very nice and large as well. Breakfast was ok but if it were not included in my package, I would not pay €28 for it. There is a fabulous restaurant close by, il Volo. The restaurant at the hotel is not open for lunch or dinner, unless private party. This was my 2nd time staying here. Would definitely stay here again.
