Hotel was good, location was fine but a bit sketch. Breakfast was great! Pool was also great but a bit noisy. Our stay was overall good but could have easily been better if the entire hotel didn’t smell like dead mouse.

Great location with comfortable rooms and nice pool area

Für uns war es gut gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 Minuten am Quattro Canti, wo sich alles abspielt. Und für uns war es wichtig einen Pool zu haben. Zimmer war ok, Preise im Hotel für Essen und trinken schon oberes Sigment.

A nice hotel, the pool is a lovely bonus. The staff are very friendly but service at the pool can be slow or non existent. The rooms are nice and clean. The shower water pressure is very low. Upon arrival, a few things could be explained like breakfast service, pool towel tokens, the restaurant. The dining menu is the same every night, could be varied.

Hotellet lever inte upp till en fyra-stjärnig standard. Byggnaden är sliten och det finns tydliga fuktskador i taken. Poolområdet är acceptabelt, men frukosten höll en mycket låg nivå. Med tanke på prisnivån hade man förväntat sig betydligt mer.

A very nice hotel that is clean and has wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

The room was nice, the beds were comfy, however the shower was weak and toilets not very clean Swimming pool was very nice but not very clean, the loungers flip sometimes and toilets have no rubbish bins

Hotellet ligger i den gamle og lidt slidte del af Parlemo. Dog tæt på vandet. Det er meget dyrt på hotellet, og man betaler hele 5 € for en kop kaffe. Vi oplevede flere gange at rengøringen glemte at fylde op med forbrugsartikler eller håndklæder. Det kniber også med det engelske, hvilket er beklageligt. Poolen er dog fin.

Hôtel sympathique Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Certaines personnes du personnel ne font pas l'effort cependant de compréhension vis à vis des touristes et cela se ressent (petit dej par exemple) Sinon le confort est au rendez vous. Merci à la réception de leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hotel

No air con in the gym. Not enough pool towels. Pool toilet disgustingly dirty. No service at pool bar and restaurant. Not permitted to park or use outside breakfast area due to business conference going on. Hotel guests told to eat breakfast inside and not park their cars in hotel car park.

Siisti hotelli hyvillä palveluilla. Toimiva uima-allasalue ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Meillä ei ensimmäisessä huoneessa toiminut ilmastointi, mutta saimme nopeasti uuden huoneen.

We had two nights here to complete our Sicily holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is summer. The room was spacious but the shower needs a good scrub. The pool was perfect for the hot days but railings and posts need some direct maintenance which is a feature of Sicily but should not be at this price. Location is good as it is not far to walk to the busy old town. Restaurant was very enjoyable.

Convenient hotel

We had a great stay! The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a fun bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
