The staff was very friendly. The only complaint we have is that the bed was very hard.

This place was very good for the price. It was nicer & cleaner than other hotels we tried in the area. My dog was able to stay there but there was very little grass to walk him on. The room was decent sized. We could tell that the carpet had just been cleaned which is great!. The sheets & towels were clean. There was a self serve breakfast buffet. What I liked the most is that it was a gated, secured parking lot.

The property seemed okay overall but we found a roach on the TV stand immediately upon entering the room.

Check in was amazing, Amy was our most friendly receptionist. Hotel is looking a bit dated and has lots of areas in need of fixing. Bed room was spacious and the bed was comfy. All facilities were clean and tidy. Shower was good. WiFi shocking. Breakfast was a simple affair with limited choice of continental food. Freshly cooked. Hotel shuttle available to airport and Graceland.

Easy to access. The lady who checked us in was asleep at her desk and seemed upset that we woke her up to check in.

It was an amazing stay.

This is my go to hotel when I’m flying out of Memphis. Great location, shuttle to/from airport, safe parking, wonderful staff!

Room was excellent Mexican restaurant next to it was great. Pool was wonderful as it was the hottest day of summer 99 degrees

Overall it was good and the location to the airport was a plus

Its closecto the Memphis airport, safe, stadf is friendly. The gate wouldn't open for exit... but they got us out. Overall i would recommend for an early flight lay over.

Smells like marijuana EVERYWHERE on this property. All of our luggage reeked of it. The staff was very nice, friendly, and super helpful. They were the ONLY redeeming qualities of this hotel. If you have another option, don't chose this location.

Change room twice so three different rooms for two night stay. One change for bad smell (mold) and AC leaks (water) on carpet and One change for toilet blocked because water issues when hotel almost full. Breakfast just ok. Bunch (10) of teens partying, smoking and drinking at the pool. Could not enjoy the pool because of it.

Restaurant next door with good food. The bed was nice. Fell asleep easily. However, I was awakened at 1:30 a.m. by someone pounding on my door which lasted 5 minutes. I called the front desk who said they would send “security” right up. No one bothered to check back and I never saw “security”. I was truly scared.

It was nice and so were the people

The only thing that I did not like was the parking situation. There should be more handicap accessible parking around the back lot to the door that actually enters towards the check-in desk. I only saw a few spaces to park for disabled and handicap accessibility. We were told that we could also use the parking around the restaurant next door to the hotel. But I'd rather be close to the place itself. Otherwise everything else went fine. But I know that I need to be on a higher floor to avoid slight bit of noise I can hear sometimes in the lobby.
