Unfortunately my partner and I weren’t fully briefed on Puebla when we booked our stay. We definitely would’ve shifted our itinerary to stay and explore a couple more days. We did get to do some exploring in the hotel, and it was beautiful and fascinating. Highly recommend!

El hotel ocupa un edificio histórico que es precioso, pero es incómodo. Complicado para llegar al cuarto que nos asignaron. La cama no fue cómoda y las almohadas muy duras y grandes. A pesar que había varias, todas eran iguales.

Muy cerca del zócalo y catedral …

Hotel en el centro histórico de Puebla, cerca del zócalo y catedral de Puebla. Muy amplio y cómodo a pesar de ser una construcción muy antigua (antiguo convento). El personal muy atento y servicial. Tiene estacionamiento de pago en el mismo hotel. No cuenta con cafetera en la habitación, pero cuenta con servicio a la habitación las 24 horas. Lo recomiendo.

If you want to have a good experience of history this is the place. My room was beautiful high ceilings and the decoration was beautiful, also the surrounding areas were very nice and decoración. I only wish they had a small refrigerator in the room, but everything is very close to buy wherever you need. The personal stuff is very friendly, I will definitely comeback.

Muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras del zócalo de la ciudad . Buen servicio y muy bien conservado el edificio. Sugeriría renovar los colchones, están muy aguados.

The room were quiet and comfortable, there was rain shower head and your hair was got wet and the shower was very small. Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location
