I would suggest never to stay at this hotel. The staff overall was rude especially night staff. I paid for 2 rooms for 6 nights, one for me and the second room for my mom. One day my mom’s room was not cleaned at all. I was told nothing they could do as o booked through a 3rd party ie Expedia. They also say 100 new guests arrived that day and they were priority. I could not believe this. I spoke to management ie Ryan the next day and he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never got back to me after I left numerous messages at the front desk. The customer experience is horrible at this hotel. Very disappointing.

Loved this hotel! The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal!!! We had a fabulous stay.

Room was so nice. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:00 am on a Saturday and seemed put out. The check in staff was wonderful but they have cookies. Loved the later check out time.

Not high upscale hotel then I thought despite of it reputation

Beautiful Architecture. Clean, spacious rooms. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice restaurant. Easy parking in the garage. Entry parking is a bit conjested. Towels were a bit rough.

Due to late arrival room was booked to another guest. Staff put me up at another hotel first night but had to return to this hotel for second night, very inconvenient. Otherwise stay was very pleasant; staff was very courteous and professional throughout.

Rude standoffish service during check in. Concierge and a woman who appeared to be a manger neither welcoming nor responsive to guests standing right in front of the service desk. The general mood from both was "what do you want, you are inconveniencing me." They failed to point out hotel amenities, the swimming pool in particular which was not located in an obvious spot as in most hotels. In contrast, the young lady with whom I checked out was exemplary with her attitude and service. Paid parking in a downtown hotel is unacceptable particularly when staying more than one night. Fortunately there are many other choices in the downtown Salt Lake City area and I intend to seek them out on my next trip there.

Mostly clean, considering there were black/dark colored balloons under the nightstand but overall really tidy

We loved the two room suite. It was perfect for us.

I loved the layout of the hotel. The 1 bedroom suite is really nice.

We were a little further out from the convention center and the area was a little sketchy, but the hotel itself was clean and neat. Restaurant service was not on par with the front desk and house keeping. Overall a pretty good stay.

Lovely hotel, great location to walk around downtown SLC. They had onsite garage parking for a fee.

We have stayed here many times and are always happy.

Cleanliness and attention to detail was lacking: * bathroom wasn’t clean on check-in. I asked for them to clean again. Still unsatisfied * chewing gum on the floor next to the toilet * toothpaste on the bathroom cabinet near the bottom * long hair in the bath * white towels are threadbare and grey * elastoplast on the carpet * a piece of human skin (blister) on the carpet * a plastic price tag on carpet * fridge iced up and froze our food * wooden stir sticks not replace on day 2 * I asked for a light airline type blanket as the duvet was too hot. I got a second duvet * prep bowl tap didn’t work
