Was convenient to get transportation to SDF.

Good hotel

I would stay here again during our planned events ( this year was the Derby). The staff was welcoming, accommodating and efficient. Great job.

Staff was pretty amazing. Shenna was exceptional, my son didn’t get a chance to swim I blew it time wise, but they were awesome coming in clutch with a late checkout option so he would get to swim…couldn’t accept this offer BUT it was presented without me even asking so thanks y’all for a great stay!!

The property itself was very clean and well kempt. At check-in time with multiple events happening, they had one person at the front desk. There seems to be no unaccompanied minor policy in place, causing many issues with screaming, banging on doors, playing in elevators, etc. We were woke up right before midnight to teenagers kicking our door and screaming in the halls. I called the front desk from the room three times with no answer. Once I called from my personal phone, they answered almost immediately. Security was overwhelmed. (One security guard working) We saw the guard as we were walking to our vehicle just after midnight. He was running more masked minors out of the parking lot. Would not stay here again, nor recommend, to anyone.

So convenient for traveling through the Louisville airport.

The hotel breakfast is very good the room had ugly pictures that did not go together there was a cockroach in our bathroom and they tried to catch it I’m not a complainer but that flipped me out ALSO if you get balcony near the pool it will be loud out there until midnight

Booked last minute and still got a reasonable rate with great service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service checking was great. Accommodated a late check in. Breakfast was good as well.

There were blood stains in the shower. The TV didn't work. And that was the most pathetic excuse for a bed comforter that I have ever seen in my life. Not sure what I was expecting from a hotel in ghetto Louisville.

Location was great and size of room. Parking was also easy

Very convient when flying through Louisville

Convenient location near the airport—perfect for an early flight. The hotel offers plenty of parking and a park-and-fly option, which is a big plus. Their shuttle runs frequently, making airport transfers smooth and hassle-free. Staff were helpful and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that both of our rooms were missing toilet paper rolls—likely an oversight by housekeeping, but worth noting.

Only one night. Excellent. Excellent shuttle service. Available time and very near the airport.. I couldn’t find your phone number to Book directly with you. I ended up paying $40 more with hotel.com Please make your website friendly to find you and your phone number. Breakfast should have been included for the price payed. I took a shower around midnight and the water was warm not hot.

I needed to stay for a single night after a late-arriving flight into Louisville. The Crown Plaza is very close to the airport, has plenty of parking, and the property is clean, quiet and has a great staff of professionals. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Huge indoor swimming pool. Staf was professional and polite. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Will stay here again.
