The staff was super accomodating. When I mentioned that street noise from my initial room was a bit annoying , they immediately offered me a room away from the street. They aim to please.

Will not recommend it , I booked in for king Felix room with bay view ,they give us a down graded room with a very small shower ,the bathroom door was touching the toilet ball .not even enough space for one person. they have offered us complimentary breakfast,but the room was much smaller than we have paid for it . Not happy with this kind of business. They should have refunded all my money as it was not what I did paid for .

Need additional filtered water in room (especially if want it used in coffee machines) and better coffee offered (latter as exists in lower-end hotels, even out of state). Thx!

Lovely facilities. They did offer an upgrade for a fee. Not worth it. The room was nice but not worth the $200 up charge. I feel like I was taken. Don’t up grade!

major renovations going on, scaffolds all over outside window. for the price, definitely not worth it. nothing special about the room- which had a nasty stale smell.

The hotel looks beautiful from afar, but actually staying there it feels and looks dated with some obvious room for improvement. The room felt worn with multiple scuffs and dings left and right (on the walls, the furniture, carpeting, etc)...it doesn't feel high quality whatsoever). That being said, the rate we secured was super reasonable ($285/night) day-of on a Thursday, so I was fine with it. I would not have been happy had I paid anything beyond $400, though. Additionally, the prices for food, beverages, spa treatments, etc. are exorbitant and feel like an insane ripoff for what they are. We ordered room service for dinner which had limited options, but was good and nicely portioned (better be for the cost!), but 22% gratuity built in on top of another 10ish% service charge and a delivery fee...you know what you're getting, I guess. Provisions was good, but also overpriced, and feels like a clunky ordering experience. The people working there are SUPER nice and accommodating, but the lines are constant and it feels like it could be more efficient overall. We have also used the pool facilities multiple times and they also feel like they are in dire need of updates. It's amazing to have access to such large, resort-level amenities, but the kids pool and surrounding area felt dirty, the pool chairs look and feel really basic, the staff seem overworked and do not help with getting set up. Again, if I had paid more I would be annoyed. Food for thought!

Over charged for parking. Room was not well cleaned before I checked in. VIP coffee from 4am to 6am?? Expensive anytime other than that.

Jonas was an excellent front desk clerk! Not only was he so welcoming me to the Claremont Hotel, but he worked personably to help me find the room the best fit my wishes - and the room was spot on! Jonas took his time, stayed focussed and is exactly what the brand would want as the first person to greet guests!

A historical hotel, it was my first time being here, and enjoyed the status of it. They were doing renovations and construction, but were mindful of quiet hours. I appreciate that they are maintaining it to keep it as a nice resort. I would stay here again if there were more deals and value available.

Absolutely love it here!

The bayview room option didn't work too well as it was too bright one day and overcast the next! Possibly a better window shading option that allows viewing out clearly yet protects UV from one's eyes. The desk was also right against the window and the heavy chair was hard to move on the carpet. The bed was very comfortable! The resort fee covered a lot! We really enjoyed using the steam, suana and whirlpools in both men's and women's side!
