Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. It’s an excellent location.

Lovely place in a Great location. The staff was courteous and took care of every request. Our room was very clean and confortable. Le Pavillon is our go to for events in the Caeser's Superdome or anywhere downtown.

We loved our stay at La Pavillion!

Beautiful, historic hotel conveniently located for walking to restaurants and the arts district. Parking is pricey, but for us, worth having access to our car for exploration farther out in the city.

Everything was great except the shower. The door wouldn’t close, and when we closed it all the way it popped off the rail. It hit the floor and we had to try and put it back on.

La Pavilion is a beautiful property and the service is always top notch! And of course my favorite part of ever stay are the PB&J's!

I attended the Essence Festival in 2025 and stayed at this hotel for the second time. The experience was fantastic—everyone, from the valet to the front desk staff and housekeepers, treated me with kindness and respect. The area is lovely, offering a fresh and elegant atmosphere. Despite the hotel’s age, the interior is well-maintained and inviting. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Pros: • Excellent service from all staff members • Beautiful and elegant environment • Convenient location within walking distance to many attractions Comfortable beds Cons: • The cost of valet parking is a downside. Next time, I think I’ll choose for an Uber from the airport since everything is easily accessible on foot.

Beautiful hotel

We were charged for bottle waters and $100 deposit was never put back on my card. We confronted front desk attendant about the water and they said they would remove it from the invoice but they never did. Each bottle was $6.50. Yup. For WATER! Crazy. The best part was that they offered peanut butter and jelly from 9-10pm in the lobby. The flowers in the lobby were really pretty and fresh but the room smelled of mold. Won’t stay here again. The location was nice though.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is beautiful as well as clean and quiet.
