The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Friday night parking was not available had to park along the building not leaving much room for other cars to move. The elevator was sketchy, we were on the 5th floor. We could ride all the way to floor but going down you had to walk to 4th floor to go down, not fun with luggage and bad ankle. The king size bed was sunken in the middle so we got to cuddle all night. Not the best sleep. But in the hot weather the ac was awesome and one of the best shower pressures in a hotel we have had.

property located next to other hotels and in an area that looksto be in transition. room itself was nice clean and quiet. there is a group of interesting food choices just a block away where we chose a new bbq spor which was excellent

Would double check rates or go to a different hotel. Charged me a different rate than advertised on Expedia once I arrived. No solution/refund of difference provided from hotel or Expedia

The room looks clean, smells good. Have a kettle in the room would be more lovely.

It was confusing where to park at first because the hotel shares a lot with another hotel that was under construction. The construction was noisy as early as 7am our second morning. The breakfast was ok. Nothing great. Good deal for the price.

It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights to visit and explore the city. Very convenient since it’s close to the public C-train station to go to downtown- just 3 minutes walk.

Very clean and nice room, I just hope there's more kitchen utensils and cooking supplies provided since we paid for a room with "kitchenette". Need more parking space. Great customer service though, friendly staff. Will for sure come back.

It was a great stay

Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful every time I stay here. Normally, I stay in the tower that is attached to the lobby and everything is wonderful. This past time, my room was in the back building which isn't as nice as the main building. The room was large with good amenities though.

Nice place, quiet and clean.

We were put in the motel area, which we weren’t expecting. We found it quite dirty and old musty smelling we wouldn’t even take our shoes off. The bathroom was really dirty. Toilet paper holder was broken rusty sinks. The pool deck was dirty. Didn’t feel clean in there, we must say that the staff was excellent though.

Everything seemed clean and breakfast and pool were a nice bonus, however our trip included two friends meeting in the middle for one night so they booked double occupancy but were told they were only allot to park on vehicle on the premises. Not even the option to pay for an extra spot just a hard no. Kinda a pain when one person comes from Lethbridge and the other from Edmonton. We had to find parking a black away.

They need a better breakfast

Decent for the price. Clean rooms, decent amenities

Self parking was safe enough outside. Continental breakfast was adequate but felt a little lacking.
