Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, idéalement placé dans Bruges. Le personnel est charmant y compris avec notre petit chien. Tout était parfait !

A very clean and stylish hotel near the main square. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Especially a member of the reception team DB Nicholas who was always willing to help us with questions, gave us extra hangers when we asked. Breakfast was extremely tasty, food was homemade and a good selection of food was available. Excellent service from all staff.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel de Tuilerieen in early April of 2025. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as the staff was extremely attentive, the grounds were beautiful and the service was wonderful. Their patio area is gorgeous and even the parking lot was picturesque!

Ik verbleef 2 nachten tijdens mijn eerste reis naar Brugge. Ik was zeer tevreden over de locatie, service, ruim interieurontwerp en elegante sfeer.

Classy hotel. Service was friendly and excellent. Rooms are spacious and feel historic. Ours had exposed beam ceiling. Location is excellent - right on a canal and walking distance to all the sights in the old town. View of the belfry in the main market square.

Points positifs : Le personnel extrêmement accueillant, souriant, aimable et serviable. C’est un plaisir de recevoir un tel accueil. La chambre était parfaitement propre et correspondait totalement au visuel des photos. La literie est également très confortable. Vous disposez également d’une tablette pour choisir de faire nettoyer votre chambre le lendemain si vous restez plusieurs jours, vous pouvez commander à manger ou à boire dans les chambres. C’est un petit plus très sympathique. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Pour le conseil financier, si vous hésitez avec une vue sur le canal ou non : Nous avons pris cette vue mais après réflexion, cela n’était pas si nécessaire puisque quand vous sortez de l’hôtel vous le voyez de suite et surtout, vous devez fermer les rideaux pour avoir de l’intimité donc plus de vue. C’est un peu plus mais négligeable. Points négatifs : Il est noté que la chambre exécutive vue canal est insonorisée, hors ce n’est absolument pas le cas. Nous entendons des 5 heures du matin les portes qui claquent sans cesse. L’hôtel est chauffé donc nous avons décidé d’allumer la clim - qui - a notre grande surprise ne marchait pas. Nous aurions effectivement du appeler la réception mais l’équipement aurait dû être vérifié en amont. Dans la SDB, nous avions une baignoire et une douche. Impossible de prendre une douche tellement l’eau était tiède. Pour résumer : Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Cela ne vaut pas 280€

Easily the best hotel of our honeymoon. Little tip - they completely lock the building down at night so just don’t freak out if you have to buzz reception, ahahaa.

Excellent location, Old Town at your doorsteps. 35 EU for breakfast is an insult, don’t do it. We are not huge breakfast eaters but would like to have a small bite and a coffee but not for the price. I looked at the breakfast and it wasn’t anything special.

Wat een top hotel. Sterwaardig restaurant en fantastisch personeel. Super schoon en heel erg goed bed. Hier zijn geen kosten gespaard met het opknappen en of renoveren

The hotel is old, beautiful and charming. It is right on the canal and in a perfect location to be able to walk to all major sights. There is parking in the back, which although is for a fee, is incredibly convenient. The rooms are beautiful and bed is very comfortable. I am incredibly disappointed in our experience however. I booked two rooms and asked that the smaller room have the beds set up as twins versus a king for our kids. They told me it was a 50euro fee, despite the fact that the room was advertised as either a twin or a king. I agreed to pay the fee. When we arrived, they had made the canal view room into the twin room. When i told them that was reversed and showed them my reservation they just said - well this is what our system says and we can’t fix it until tomorrow for another fee. I was visibly upset as the canal view room was very expensive and now had to wait another night to stay in the room which was something i went out of my way to book. They could have cared less and made it seem like i was to be punished for using hotels.com to make the reservation. One morning we grabbed food and were eating at outside tables on the property, which for the three nights we had been there had never had a single guest sitting at them. A staff member came out to tell us we could only sit there if we were ordering from the restaurant. We were paying $800 a night for rooms and there is nowhere else to sit - no lobby. I have never felt less wanted at a luxury hotel before

Dagene hvor der så blev udført rengøring, var alt til stor tilfredsstillelse. Alt i alt et rigtig fint sted med god energi og dejligt centralt.

Amazing 5 star hotel with great charm and history but modern rooms and amenities. Big rooms with high ceilings and fabulous French doors . Big bathrooms that are elegant and charming. Love this hotel . Would recommend this to any friends visiting Bruges. Great location on the canal and walking distance to all attractions around the center of town .
