The room was just old and run down. TV didn't work, shower rod broken, no towels in the room. Old pillows. Dingy but clean pillowcases. Given a dingy, but clean towel. Mold in the bathroom, loose toilet, bathroom door dirty and hard to open and close. Large gap on the room door. Seriously needs updating.

The worst placed ever to sleep for the night, we got there around 12:30am, we got two rooms, I paid for mine, my son paid for his. When I went to my room the bed was not made, not cleaned and had sperm, like what? The lady at the desk was patient and I was not rude to her and she was not rude to me and she worked with me to get me to another room. The second room was flooded, and I went back to her to ask for a refund and I will stay in my son's room because the room was fine, but it didn't had towels, no soap, nothing. My son went to get towels and they had yello and black stains. We couldn't take a bath and we slept on the beds but used our blankets. We were tired of driving for 15 hours. We paid online and choose it because they present themselves as a "good, clean hotel" and I didn't check the reviews, I was too tired. But I won't recommended if you're traveling through that area.

It’s a ok property for price could use improvements but overall it was ok love the hot tub in bathroom

Floors were filthy, no towels, and when we finally got one it had stains all over it, bugs in the bathroom, dodnt sleep

After speaking with the initial feont desk receptionist i was pleasantly eager to arrive. After arriving i wasnt so eager. The front desk ladies (2)

Front desk Sylvia was double awesome very nice very kind. But those rooms 👎👎down or just not what i expected from RED ROOF.

Would like to see more management walking the property because I couldn’t even enjoy the pool due to kids that live there jumping in the pool all the time.

Besides the bed bugs the roaches the net s and the prostitution and drug dealing that takes place overall the staff was horrible and seemed to be all under the influence of something because they were either asleep at the desk or they just weren't at the desk at all. The sheets and the towels which were supposed to be white were black or brown it was just nasty

Sheets were dirty , Towels Were dirty. Didn’t give me extra towels.

Some of the light needed replace such as light bulb and the bedding need to be replaced with stains. The room needs to be little more clean and refreshing to me. Didn't have towels in the room

We enjoyed the property in general. Its quiet and convenient to alot of stores and restaurants. My only complaint is that we booked here because of the pool and it wasnt cleaned. Also only a 2 towels for our family and half roll of toilet paper in the room. I had to go get more, because the phone wasn't working properly. Otherwise it was decent for the price. Staff very helpful and friendly.
