Ein schönes Hotel allerdings ein wenig laut da die Fenster anscheinend nicht die neuesten sind. Hier könnte man noch dran arbeiten.

The rooms are great. View is great. Many good places to dine nearby. Train station right by the hotel. If possible take train to Hamburg. If by car, park the car by the hotel and take public transportation around the city. The breakfast buffet is a must have. It is superb.

To dager i Hamburg, og vi bodde meget bra på Radisson Blue. Høy etasje og gode parkeringsmuligheter i kjelleren. Sentralt og enkelt å komme seg til byen.

1. The hot and cold water tap in the bathroom sink was configured wrong. They were opposite (Room 1124). 2. The bathtub drain was defect and I needed to hold in a button manually until all water was drained. 3. The doors connecting our two rooms had to be opened by a staff member. If the kids accidentally closed both doors, we would have to call room service again. Perhaps we should have the key? 4. Perhaps the person on the toilet should have control over the window blinds into the bathroom, not the people or kids outside… Besides that there were friendly staff, tasty food and comfortable beds 🙂

I like the area of this hotel in Hamburg! Close to everything

Goed hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Fijne kamers, mooi uitzicht over de stad. Jammer dat zowel het restaurant als de skybar op zondagen niet open zijn.

One of the best hotel I have been to and I will definitely visit again

Dejligt hotel med gode store værelser, gode senge og venligt personale. Ligger fantastisk i forhold til midtbyen Parkerings forhold er snævre men det går.

Ankom Søndag aften. Mandag morgen så vi ved et tilfælde (jeg tabte en lille pille der faldt under skabet) at der lå et halvt knækbrød under skabet og nogle små sølvkugler, og godt lag støv. Det var tydeligt at ingen havde gjort rent der under skabet. Jeg gjorde opmærksom på det, og de lovede at gøre rent. Tirsdag morgen gjorde jeg igen opmærksom på at der ikke var gjort rent, og de lovede igen. Tirsdag aften kl 23 var der ikke gjort rent, men vi så tilfældigvis noget personale og fik dem til at gøre rent. Så stort et Luxus hotel burde have mere styr på rengøringen. Onsdag morgen ved udtjekning gjorde jeg igen opmærksom på vores oplevelse, den unge mand gav os straks gratis morgenmad. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage, da vi har boet der mange gange gennem de sidste 10 år

Rigtig godt ophold, men dårligt at man skal betale 50 euro ekstra pr. Nat for at få en opredning til et barn på 11 år.

Trevligt hotell på promenadavstånd från centrum. Rena och fina rum, bra frukost. Det som dock gör att jag tvekar att besöka hotellet igen är att vid ca 8-9 tiden på morgonen, de dagar vi besökte hotellet, så fanns det inget vatten i rummet. Så det gick inte att duscha, tvätta händer etc.... Vi bodde nästan högst upp och jag kan förstå att många duschar vid denna tiden... Men det är ändå bedrövligt.

Good hotel with an exceptional view over Hamburg. Have been here several times. Room size is great. Very nice beds and aircon. The shower is dated and below standard as you stand in an old and narrow bath tub. Overall a great room. The gym is small but clean and functional. The only drawback is the hotel breakfast, which is not very good. Low standard yoghurt and dairy products, powder scrambled eggs and dry white factory bread rolls. Not up to par with the rest of the hotel facilities.

you never get a second chance for a first impression. the staff at the reception were completely unengaged that day. the charging station for the car didn't work, so we paid for expensive parking without being able to charge the car. the restaurant was closed because the chef was sick, so if you wanted to eat we were served something that looked like a hamburger in the lobby area. the only positive thing about this hotel stay was the breakfast - it was just okay. not a pleasant stay, so unfortunately our rating can only be to book somewhere else.

Es war hervorragend!

When I booked I booked for 2 adults and one child of 8 years of age. I expected a room with 2 beds and one standard bed. I was more than surprised to learn that the extrabed would be charged 50€ extra per night. WE had an alternativ to let the boy slip with us in the double bed. This is outrageous that we did not get this information while booking as we would have chosen an other hotel. Or to think that a 8 years old boy would share the bed with 2 adults.
