beautiful old style hotel in the middle of Wymondham. an hotel with character and charm. comfortable beds and huge welcome . Useful parking in the middle of town . Ideal for shopping .

You have to call the phone nbr on the door for the owner to pop along and give you keys and show you room. Just a few minutes. Basic room but all good. Comfy bed. water in room. Biscuits! Hot water takes a minute to come through. Pub across the road is fine for food. We have stayed here a few times at racing at Snetterton.

Parking is very easy and so was check in. The Townhouse although in a central location was quiet. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly, but would benefit from some updating. The shower in room 9 lost pressure after a few minutes. I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is. However when we checked in we were told it is not, there is cafe nearby that does it and opens early but the advert should be corrected.

Only a one night stay, but very welcoming and will happily stay again when i am next in the area.

Restaurant is an Authentic Thai restaurant, no English dishes available No Breakfast service provided despite being shown on website Door from car park locked so you have to walk round the hotel to the front door Lovely antiques!!

I was made most welcome on my arrival. The room was clean and a comfortable bed. Hot water and tea and coffee facilities. All that I required from my stay. Happy to return next time I am in the area

Had difficulty checking in as hotel contact was not on What'sapp so we were given a room upgrade which was good

Booked a kingsize room and got a double. Paid half of price for room as deposit but had to pay full price of room on arrival on Saturday!!!!

Tiny room for £75 a night is ridiculous. Buttons to remember to get in room is crazy

An old-fashioned hotel in an old building but there's nothing wrong with that - it has character, unlike a lot of modern anodyne ones. Service was exceptional: accommodating and friendly. It is located dead in the centre of the old town and is ideally placed for exploring it (and for staggering back from the pubs!). It also has a well regarded Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so no need to go far if you don't want to. There is free parking at the back. I would certainly stay again if I was in the area.

Overnight stay, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Disappointed to find that the hotel had charged my credit card as well as hotels.com having already taken full payment, which I now need to get resolved. Unnecessary hassle.

We were at Snetterton race track for three days. The hotel is just 15 mins from the track, I have stayed here at the Townhouse hotel previously and will always come back. OK - The hotel is a little tired but there’s a comfy bed and a pub across the road. That’s what matters. Parking is in a public car park adjacent to the hotel. It’s a quiet village. There are four pubs in the village. One is opposite the hotel. The rooms are fairly dated and the hot water comes through after a minute or three. But the rooms are comfy and there’s a friendly welcome. There is a Thai restaurant in the hotel that is independently run. I haven’t tried it but it looks quite busy. The race track is about 9 miles away, back along the A11. Usual question - would I return? It’s a big Yes.

Stayed at this hotel a few times needs a bit of an update in bathrooms but all very clean and comfortable value for money
