Overall friendly staff. Fresh cooked breakfast sandwiches. Snacks available for purchase. No issues with stay but hotel needs refresh.

Disturbing and unfair

The hotel and room were satisfactory, the front desk employee was great - had to call him to find out how to get to the hotel because due to construction the gps directions did not work - we had to go down a back alley to get there. Expedia did not list that there is a $15.00 charge for parking so the pricing was not accurate. There was no hair dryer in the room. The bed was comfortable and free breakfast was good (choice of breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and coffee or water - no juices or milk) I will not book with them again due to the location and the charge for parking - we have never stayed at a hotel that charges their guests to park their vehicle - not sure how many "walk in" guests they get - most, if not all, are travelling by vehicle!

Hotel staff were awesome. I had problems getting to hotel ( construction everywhere). Room was immaculate. I would have liked hand rails in the shower for my husband. I’m am peeved that parking wasn’t included with my stay. After I booked I was informed that parking would be extra. If I had known that I might have gone elsewhere. But I will say this. The parking was very convenient, right at back door, with a ramp.

When I booked online there was no mention of additional parking charge of $15 a day This is not right...

Over all decent. Lots of construction so getting to hotel was abit of an issue & parking but it all worked out.

Did not stay there, cancelled booking, felt unsafe with allclosires of streets d/t construction and many homeless natives in the area

The street is under construction, the ‘on-site parking’ in the description is actually an uncovered ungated public parking lot one block away in Regina downtown. It is impossible to sleep tight when thinking your vehicle could be broken-in in any minute during the night. I made the reservation then drove to the hotel, discovered the situation and ask for cancellation. They refuse to refund the reservation I made just 20 minutes ago. Don’t recommend at all if you drive a car.

Tammy who was on duty when we arrived was awesome. However the road construction near the hotel made it near impossible to find! We had to pay an additional 15 bucks for parking, was not happy about that. breakfast choices were limited to an egg mcmuffin and a coffee. The room was decent and clean and staff was great..Tammy as I said was excellent and should be offered every opportunity to advance wherever she wants in the Choice hotel chain!

Terrible hotel, no sheets for pullout couch, unfriendly front desk workers, our ironing board was broken, blinds fell out of the wall and to top it off the A/C was terrible on a +30 degree weekend. Only thing that was good it was so close to the casino.

With construction in the area some roads are blocked off. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The little restaurant was excellent and the staff were great.
