The property is amazing! Staff amazing!

Great location just off of Bourbon Street. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, but quiet since it is just a block off Bourbon.

This hotel was very nice. We lived the location in the French Quarter as it sits between Royal and Bourbon Streets. It was less than a mile walk to everywhere we wanted to be.

Location was great and convenient. Clean for the most part. Check in took longer than needed, as the woman who was helping me was more concerned with helping guests who said they were going to leave a good review. The other front desk staff were friendly and more attentive. Towels were replaced daily, however, beds were not made and trash wasn't taken out as regularly.

Hotel was clean and inviting. Felt safe with the safety measures that they had in place. Will was amazing at check in and extremely helpful.

Beautiful courtyard! everyone was so helpful with coupons and suggestions for places to visit and things to do! Close to Canal Street and Bourbon Street. We had a great time!

The hotel was perfect. Quite even in the middle of the French Quarter. I loved everything about it!

- the wifi wouldn’t work and staff acknowledged the problem and said they had just installed a new wifi and it had been having issues. Why didn’t they tell me this previously ? I wouldn’t have stayed as wifi is a HUGE part of my business. - when I was calling the hotel to check in the front desk ladies were so rude and curt. NOT courteous. They make it seem like they’re doing YOU a favor. - there was hair in the bathroom sink upon my arrival. - there were holes in the sheets. - upon arrival the Apple pay wasn’t working for check in / deposit. It’s 2025 why is Apple Pay not working ? - when i booked through Expedia on my reservation 1 bottle of wine was supposed to be included, it was not.

Service and friendliness of staff was exceptional. Condition of the room was great. Location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the heart of the French Quarter. It was a very welcoming hotel with plenty to do around it. One thing to note is that the bottles of water they drop in the room = only if you ask for them (I guess). I only had them on the first day and that was only because I said something. Thankfully, there is a great market right around the corner on Royal St with fair pricing. If you need more selection, there is Walgreens a few steps further.

I stayed one day. Red eye check in at 1am but we loved our ext!

Great location, rooms were clean, checkin and checkout was smooth. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
