Another excellent stay with Wyndham

I stayed at this hotel for a medical convention. Room was large and clean with a good work desk and chair. Lots of power outlets by desk and beside bed. Room was quiet but workers outside the hotel started what sounded like Leaf blowers at 6 am.

Breakfast consists of anything that can be microwaved only. Regular free channels on 1st gen flatscreen tvs. Movies start at $25 Shower pressure is a light trickle Quiet, clean room in industrial park

Every aspect of the hotel from the moment you pull up in front SCREAMS for an update! The age makes it feel dirty and uncomfortable. Water to the building was shut off from 11:30 PM-5 AM. One of the two elevators was out of order the entire time. The dinner restaurant closed before 10 PM (even though the sign clearly stated that they were open), and breakfast was out of just over half the menu so we were forced to find food off premises for both meals (one of the factors in choosing this hotel was the availability of meals at the hotel). Staff was not rude, but definitely not happy to help either. Overall a truly negative experience!

The rooms are always very clean. Underground parking is a huge plus on cold days. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet option added on the weekends and the sushi restaurant attached is great. The downside is I choose this location specifically for the amenities and they have had issues with the pool/sauna/hot tub and gym for the last couple visits which can be disappointing.

I have stayed at several hotels in Edmonton and all the beds are either hard as the floor or lumpy. The beds at this hotel are awesome and so comfortable. I think, besides cleanliness, a comfortable bed is VERY important when staying at a hotel.

A beautiful place for a great price and friendly staff

I loved this hotel. I have stayed at everyone in the area and this was my first time here. I will rebook again if the price is right. This is an old School hotel with large wide open areas, old school amenities and close to lots of stuff. Highest of rankings

Though the common areas are quite clean and well kept, the amenities such as the breakfast room and the lounge look like they come out of a very sterile environment. Definitely not welcoming.!

Booked a king jacuzzi suite. Showed up at the hotel and was told they had a plumbing issue and had to downgrade me. How about some notification? Room is outdated and probably not renovated in 20 years . I would never stay here again

Parkade has max height of 5’6” and limited exterior parking. There was no hot water in our room but the staff was very helpful and we were able to move into a different room for the 2nd night. However in-room coffee maker didn’t work and fridge froze all our fresh items. Breakfast was not included and restaurant and coffee counter didn’t start service until 730am which was too late for early risers in town for a swim competition.

No complementary breakfast

Good hotel in a good location with easy access to all parts of the city. Only negative is the toilet handle needed to be shook to keep the water from continuously running

Parking was safe.

Loved the size of the room.
