Not a bad place to stay. It is in a wood location with a lot of restaurantes and a Walmart.

Did not understand concept of handicap accessibility with dogs to get in and out also. Tried to make sure we could get ground floor a week prior to visit and we ended up on the 3rd floor. Did not enjoy having to try walk and fight with multiple doors while using a walker.

Overall stay was quiet and peaceful. Room was okay, cleaning could’ve been better in the bathroom. Breakfast could be improved, better meal options would be appreciated.

The guy working the desk was very nasty with his mouth. My room could have definitely been cleaner. It was a lot hairs all over the bathroom and I don’t think they ever cleaned the sink.

Un hotel con potencial. El mayor problema es la gente que lo administra. No saben como administrar un hotel. El lugar se ve mal. Nunca vinieron a destapar el inodoro y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. El desayuno fue practicamente inexistente. El area estaba sucia, nadie la atendia, ni la suplia. No había leche para el cereal, ni para la avena. Uno o dos guineos y ya. Tengo fotos para probarlo. La puerta del ascensor no cierra a menos que la empujen. Con un buen cambio de administración pudiera ser un muy buen hotel, pues su ubicacion es excelente. No me deja agregar las fotos...porqué?

I will preface this with the fact that the manager was pleasant and helpful I normally would not leave a negative review, however I truly felt unsafe - there was a fight going on in the room below & outside that woke me out of my sleep and went on for hours - screaming , doors slamming , loud cars. In addition there was a layer of dust on the surfaces and the bed actually smelled like urine cigarette smoke and the smell of msrijusna permeated Under the door and through the ventilation.

the room was raggedy. micro & refrig was old and rusty. they had bed bugs. I was so disappointted. I went to Fayetteville, NC because my son-in-law passed. what a horrible stay I had.

Beside the tv nkt working and the toilet not flushing properly

Bathroom was not well cleaned. Shower curtain had some red stain or substance on it. Floor had hair strands on it. Towel rack was coming off the wall. Room smelled old. Hotel is by the mall and you would think you would feel secure but you don’t. A lot of sketchy individuals either staying or just using parking lot and in their vehicles sitting. Next time paying more for comfortably

It was a pleasant trip. It was just so much getting back-and-forth no elevator no all them stairs to come out out of me, but thank you.

Needed up dating a n rooms, bathroom, electric outlets, painting etc.. Noise level was not good, traffic cause by major highway,and Mall.

Nash and Kala have gone out of their way on a number of my stays to ensure that I'm comfortable and satisfied. They are personable and friendly, and treat me with utmost respect. I would give these guys and the property a 10 out of 10 in overall customer satisfaction.

The new ownership is putting forth a massive effort to rennovate this property. Give it about 9 months and I bet there will be some big improvements.

The rooms were dusty

Was in a bind and decided to stay here last night. When I arrived, the gentleman in front of me was having to get another room because the one they assigned him was dirty. I checked in; went to the assigned room and as soon as I opened the door, cigarette smoke smell immediately hit my face along with trash in the trash can, unmade beds and a room that had clearly not been cleaned. I returned to the lobby to get another room and the worker sent another worker to check the room for cleanliness before giving me and the other gentleman clean rooms. Even the second room was not thoroughly cleaned as there were still items in the freezer part of the fridge. You def get what you pay for and I won’t be staying here again.

The breakfast options was not that good, the only thing hot were waffles. We got stuck in the elevator and we didn't get any room service for a 3 night stay. The property looks decent from the outside but the rooms are bit out dated. The room toilet was wiggly and made a sound every time it was used. Also the room smelled like wet carpet even though it didn't have one. Will not come back.
