I felt unsafe as there was lots of noise and homeless people in the entryway. The room was poorly renovated and the windows to outside at ground level did not lock.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok, very out of date and not well maintained

Clean. Convenient location for what I needed. Could hear people passing through in the hallway outside the room.

Was traveling with my dog and got put in the worst room. Firstly the room was near the entrance so with every person entering or leaving there was a loud bang. Additionally the room faced the McDonald’s take out & thru the night there was commotion. In addition to all this the room AC was broken and despite telling the staff nothing was done. My dog and I bought didn’t sleep at all. The rooms are overall outdated and not comfy

On the way to the hotel on this 600km day trip, we met a blizzard and had to travel 50km in 2 hours. It was a long night and really hard, but the room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is provided, but they turn off the food warmers 40 minutes before and do not refill the food, so if you are late, you will have to eat nothing or cold sausages and scrambled eggs. Breakfast was very bad, but the rest was good.

Our room was under repair/construction. Ladder and paint, in our room. Ceiling needed repair. Another room was admitted, but the key card would not work. Children were screaming. The entire hotel was under repair. Pool area was closed off / again under construction. Very sad. I will write a report under Expedia and the hotel Travelodge to report this poor disrepair! How awful! Screaming kids next room. I thought a call to Children’s Aid would be warranted, but will make a call back to the hotel, first.

Very nice stay

First, we couldn’t find the check in counter… not set up very well… we had garbage in our room and the carpets were filthy. The beds were descent but my bed cover was dirty… the walls are paper thin and had to listen to a woman talking to her kids while the other neighbors were banging on the wall for hours… I would never stay here again… only stayed because the highway was closed… thumbs down

Traveling with children is challenging enough without getting stuck in a lineup due to road closure. Sitting for 4 hours and getting dark we decided to find a hotel like a few other dozen people. The staff were very friendly and checked us as quickly as they could with everyone else that was trying to find rooms. It is a basic hotel not fancy emeneties but clean and quiet place to sleep.

Parking situation could be a little better but its not that bad

Initially we were given a room with a leak coming from the roof and the room smelt horrible. They upgraded us to a King Bed Suite with a jacuzzi. There’s no elevator on site and the stairwell has narrow steps. The facility needs updating and the swimming pool was under construction. The fan in our bathroom was either non existent or not working. I was never asked for ID at the service desk, only the booking confirmation number so literally anyone with the credit card could pose as myself. The jacuzzi tub was the best experience. Would not stay here again unless I was tight for money.

Horrible staff. Not helpful at checkout in the least but.

Would not stay in this hotel again. Hotel was run down and smelled like industrial cleaner. Room was dated and didn't enjoy sleeping there.

Toilet broken in first room, then next two rooms we were transferred to were disgustingly dirty and one bed was broke and crooked. 0/10 DO NOT recommend
