The staff were really hit and miss. The lady working the counter at check in was very rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for a microwave.

The whole hotel was hot. Everywhere. I had to sleep with my window open due to the ac not being able to keep the room cool. There was a fan in the room but it didn’t work so the steam from the shower didn’t help the room coolness. There was construction happening and not at the right hours. There was some friendly staff but also some very rude. Overall my experience was not good.

Hotel rooms and common areas are extremely hot. A few of the staff was really rude. The room looked like a crack house. Broken dooor. Mattress was broken and no accommodations to fix or replace. Awful experience for my first time in Edmonton!

Convenient location to downtown business. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure that the room had A/C; couldn’t make it cool the room down, only heat. Overall comfortable and pleasant.

Check in was smooth. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, when we asked for extra towels, no problem. There was no fridge in the room but when asked, it was there within 5 minutes. The Days Inn is always our "go to" when we go to Oiler games, its all about location, 5 walkable blocks away. We will always come back!

Location was convenient as it was close to Roger’s place. Clean but dated. Price was excellent. Looking forward to seeing how the renovations will turn out. Hopefully all the rooms will be given a makeover. Would likely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Edmonton Downtown before and decided to return — and once again, we had a good experience. The hotel is quiet, cozy, and clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Since the hotel is located in downtown Edmonton, there are quite a few homeless people in the area, so it’s something to be aware of, especially in the evening. That said, we still had a positive stay and would recommend this hotel. PS: The hotel offers underground parking, which is very convenient. However, the clearance is quite low, so it’s important to pay attention if you have a taller vehicle, as ours could not fit.

Parking was no good , could not fit a factory 3/4 truck in parkaid. Had to pay for parking across street

Parking was easy to maneuver and I felt safe getting into the hotel lobby. The room was quite warm but I was able to open my window.

If you stay here and they put you on the fourth floor. Ask for another. Construction is happening on the fifth floor, it was incredibly loud. Hammers, power tools and nails dropping on the floor constantly.

This hotel is decent, and price is good. Only issue we had was we were woke up at 9am with jackhammering going on and construction on the floor above us.
