It was peaceful and I really enjoyed the shopping areas being close by.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service in a precise kind of way. The room was extremely clean as well as the restroom.

When we arrived they told me i could not check in since i am 18 but on their terms and polices it says 18 and older to book. So they proceeded to ask me for a picture of my mother’s drivers license?? WEIRD first of all. then we finally get our key and go up to the room and these two lady’s get in the elevator with us and say “did you guys hear that gun shot. after the boy fired the gun he ran off like nothing happened” so we were already shaken before going into the room. we finally get into our room and it smelled awful, there were stains on our sheets and on the walls. My friend decided to go into the bathroom and she tried to turn the shower on and the shower knob completely fell off into the shower, so we grabbed our stuff and went straight down to get our refund and leave. they completely disregarded the fact that we wanted to leave, continued to ask if we just wanted another room and i would repeatedly tell them no. he told me he was going to have to charge me for the first night, which did not make sense because we were only in the room for maybe 10 minutes at max, and then when i had checked my account it said they went ahead and charged me for both nights and charged me a different charge for 58 dollars. which in my mind i’m thinking they charged me for their shower being broken so i called and called and no one answered at all. long story short, do NOT book with this place.

Very dirty room, bugs everywhere, bathroom and bed was disgusting

I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the clean bathrooms. It went a little beyond my expectations. Thanks.

Had to pay extra fever early check-in, went on lunch and concert came back to the room to find that it was filthy, and there were bugs in the bathroom in the TV stand and running around the floor.

The lack of towels, toilet paper and cleanliness is what really got to me

They only had one room available and i reserved two. The room reaked of smoke and only had one bed, when we needed two. We were approached in the parking lot with what I suspect was drug activity. It was scary and terrible

I did not stay here after all. It was horrible and would not let my kids go in the room they were trying to give me. Burn marks all in the comforter in a nonsmoking room. Was just absolutely disgusting like it was not clean from previous people. Pool was not even open.

The room was disgustingly dirty- reeked of smoke. The sheets were stained. The shower was filthy. The toilet hadn't even been flushed. We paid for a NON SMOKING first floor room and got a second floor room (no elevator to assist with my bad hip) that reeked and they even called it a "smoking room" - there were cigarette burns on the comforter and cigarette butts and old food in the air conditioner. We entered the room at 1 AM and left by 7 AM with a migraine from the smell. We didn't even sleep under the covers and we couldn't shower. The structure of the building was unsafe and there were cracks in the foundation and leaks in the roof. When we requested anything we were just told no and that they were fully booked. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I will be reporting the filth to the health dept. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Shower did not work. Could not buy bottled water. Hot room when I checked in. Awful bed covers.

Actually we left and canceled our room,,, need a refund,, room had crumbs all over floor, shower head was full of mold, bed mattress had feces or blood smeared over it along with inside 1 of the dresser drawers. Very loud music coming from room across hall.

The hotel was below 2star. The room was very dirty, the selection of rooms was terrible. The bedspread has cigarette burn holes. There were not any top sheets. Toilet had hair on it and the toilet paper looked like it had been used. I had to look at 3 rooms before finally settling on one. It seemed like a transient hotel with several rooms occupied by people living there. Street people were coming into the parking lot, then going back out to the street.

Terrible! The front desk manager (I guess) never smiled and if you asked them to have someone clean the room it never happened! The only time they came to the room was on the day we checked out! I’m pretty sure they don’t have housekeeping everyday as a service! They don’t even ask you if you need more towels or soap! We had to tell the front desk every time. Also, their clothes dryers are $2.00 and they barely dry so you have to run 2 cycles! They probably do that intentionally. I wonder if Wyndham ever checks on this property….Oh, I almost forgot…the sheets and comforters were total polyester so you sweat all night! Cheap! This may be a budget hotel but some of these things should not be happening. I stayed at a red roof Inn for $20 less a night and it was far superior to this place. So no excuses!

Was a great stay! Front desk service was friendly & accommodating!

The room was DISGUSTING. There was garbage and a pair of dirty underwear under the bed. The mattress looked like someone expired on it. Someone blew their nose on the wall and it was just dried on it.
