Muy bien este hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias, el proceso de check-in ordenado, y el restaurante muy bueno. Su ubicación es excelente. Mención especial para Scarlett del restaurante, que me ayudó muchísimo informándome de las opciones libres de gluten y Claudia, muy agradable, que me llevó hacia el aeropuerto. Me ayudaron muchísimo también en arreglarme dos tours para conocer un poco más de Chile. Recomendado este hotel.

Fantastic place to stay in Santiago. It is the centre of the city with easy access to everything. The old world charm was welcome.

Such a classic property. Central location was easy area for pick up and drop off for joining day tours. They allowed us to drop off luggages before check in time. Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport when there was road closure due to a marathon. Good breakfast buffet with options. Will stay here again.

MUY BUEN HOTEL, EL DESAYUNO EXCELENTE

Excellent location for walking tours around the city and surrounding neighborhoods. The inside of the lobby and dining area lacked natural light and could use some of it to brighten things up. Overall great experience and would recommend this hotel for a Santiago trip.

Beautiful old hotel near centre of Santiago. Comfortable stay, bathroom could do with an upgrade. Lovely old furniture. Pool was not warm. Bar meals ok but expensive. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything good. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel is located next to the presidential palace. We enjoyed the area, lots of restaurants, shopping, and historical buildings. The hotel is clean, has good-sized rooms and an excellent breakfast.

Grande chambre dans un style ancien de charme, comme tout l'hôtel. Propre et agréable. Le menu du restaurant est minime, pas très intéressant. Bar extérieur au 5e avec vue sur la ville. Localisation parfaite de l'hôtel près de la place des armes et du palais de la Moneda. Personnel sympathique et serviable, surtout à la réception.

Excellent location and top notch service, breakfast, dinner and clean rooms and bathroom. This is a 4 star hotel for sure which I would surely recommend to anyone.

Nice room, the staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They would call us a taxi when we asked and reminded us to be careful. The hotel is in the heart of Santiago and a short walk to St Lucia Hill and Plaza De Armis.

Hotel is in a good position, near to city landmarks and public transport options. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Good selection and quality of food in restaurant and bar. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Good value for money

My husband was assaulted by 3 young men in a nearby park at 10:30am. We were walking in the park and my husband felt some liquid dropped from above him. Before he knew it 2 attackers were pretending to wipe the liquid off of him managing to take his wallet out of a front Velcro pocket. 6 other young pedestrians rushed up and beat the attackers away grabbing our wallet. My husband was unhurt but upset. Thank goodness for good samaritans coming to his aid. So, we naturally didn’t feel safe near the hotel.

Wonderful location, amazing breakfast buffet, great amenities, outstanding staff. The front desk was so helpful, Roberto was a wonderful friendly waiter, all the doormen were super efficient and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel in Santiago Chile.

We had hoped to check in early but we sat waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the room wasn't ready. Had we been told there was no chance we would have go out and explored vs just sitting. English is not spoken nor understood by the serving staff. Our meals/drinks were a challenge to order and yet the vast majority of guests were english speaking. Don't ask to split the bill as this isn't understood nor is the 15% discount on food/beverages we were expecting based on booking with expedia as a vip guest.

Location is excellent. The property is a classic old hotel. Lots of beautifully stained wood, but a bit worn out looking.

We got there at noon and waited in the bar area. We were assigned a room which was not ready at 3pm, check-in time. There was 3 of us renting rooms, 1 was ready early, 1 was ready before 3pm and was ready for a while but we werent infotmed it was ready. We were assigned a different room , not sure why we couldnt have gotten it earlier. The toilet squealed and the coffee area only had 2 ciffee pods, no tea, no cream, no sugar. I went back down and asked at 3:30 for it to be rectified. It wasnt. I went back diwn to the front desk before going to eat. I asked and they wanted to pawn me off on someone ekse. I said you talk to whoever and rectify it. When they did finally bring the supplies we were missing in the original setup, they tried to charge it to our room. We told them that was unacceptable and explained the situation and they grudgingly didnt charge us. We also had issues with the dining staff, instead of bringing us cold water, they brought us boiling hot water as drinking water. It took an hour to get 2 beers after the first bottle had chunks. I then asked for no spinach, seasoned vegetables from the menu instead, but no mushrooms. They bring me 3 ribs, tons of mashed potatoes, and all mushrooms for the vegetable. After the 3rd attempt to send it back, i received the seasoned vegetables but it was 1/2 mushrooms. The food manager comped my bill, but we were totally dissatisfied with the service.
