Wonderful hotel. Unbeatable service and locatiom

The location is absolutely perfect - just steps from Passeig de Gracia and countless bars and restaurants. The hotel and room were nice. My only complaint is about the noise in the hallways. The doors are not sound proof and there were many loud voices outside our room coming and going and slamming doors at all hours. Breakfast was excellent with good quality fresh food, a wide selection and made to order eggs. Would recommend (with earplugs).

Probably one of the worst rooms with safety hazards and a fraud. Staying away from this hotel chain in future. The description/pictures showed a two room apartment with a bathroom all on the same floor. The room allotted to us was crammed and not the same - had bathroom access on the room entry floor and a flight of stairs above to access room above and another flight of stairs to access 2nd sofa bed room below. It’s a safety hazard for families with 20-30kg suitcases. On asking hotel staff, room change was not done and staff insisted that this was mentioned. A scam for hotel in this price range.

Geweldig hotel, al jaren onze vaste plek in Barcelona. Professioneel en vriendelijk personeel dat ervoor zorgt dat we ons altijd weer welkom voelen. Gelegen in een gezellige buurt met veel restaurants net buiten de toeristen drukte.

Adoramos a estadia, o hotel está muito bem localizado, perto de metrô e do comércio em geral. Recomendo muito.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Very convenient location to the metro and the rooms were beautiful. Interesting art in each one.

Hotel was amazing, we moved from the regular part of hotel to the Preferred Residence/ apartments and the upgraded facilities were fantastic.

The suite I had was amazing. Huge and tastefully done. Staff super helpful and making reservations etc.
