Clean well appointed room. Pool was disappointing with just 2 sunbeds and one parasol.

Margaret at reception was amazing. She provided us with great information regarding restaurants, tours and local transportation options. Il palazzo was ideally located just off esplanade but was a quiet respite at the end of busy days.

Was noisier than expected. Could hear the people in the units beside and above. Needs better sound proofing in rooms. Very quick and friendly check in. Very close to night market and restaurants

Eine der besten Unterkünfte in denen ich während meiner Australien Reise übernachtet habe. Super sauber, groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage und angenehmer Pool. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die unglaublich netten Inhaber die versuchen alles für ihre Gäste möglich zu machen. Ich würde hier sofort wieder übernachten!

Room was beautiful , quiet, cool, clean !👍 Wifi was good but seemed to drop out a bit . I was advised of this at check in all good just so you know

This apartment is large, has kitchen, lounge separate bedroom and bathroom. Cooking facilities include hotplate and microwave, full sized fridge. CLEAN, and comfortable place to stay two doors from the Cairns Night markets and popular cafes. Staff are so lovely Woolworths.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable stay

Internet was unreliable. Smart tv could not connect to internet. Sliding door was open when we arrived and we did not notice until. After hours check in was not easy/ intervome was broke. Had to call and we did not have AU phone plan.

Everything was great

clean, lovely people close to EVERYTHING!! parking. just easy. only criticism would be the lack of netflix etc for entertainment….a small price to pay for a well positioned room with good amenities…
