The only thing I noticed that was less than perfect was a couple of small bits of soap on the rim of the tub; someone didn't quite clean it off. Other than that, it was more or less perfect, and I was quite comfortable! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

No problem from me and my girlfriend. We would like to come again but, probably won’t because of the area

The rooms had a strange smell to them. The mattress was old and worn, and the pillows too. Loud neighbors arguing up till midnight cussing and slamming doors. Carpet was old. Desk chair wouldn't roll.

Nothing too much but a good place to spend the night

Was initially given keys to an occupied room. Walked in and saw someone's stuff, thankfully they weren't in there. Facility and room were kinda dirty and the place smelled awful.

It is a great location and convenient to almost everything you could need! The room was spotless and large for a king-size room option. Very Quiet and Parking was secure

The breakfast was disappointing.

Horrible stay the toilet didn’t work I had to put clothes on to use the guest bathroom where they didn’t even have paper towel etc. when k complained no type of solution. If you’re going to own a hotel be prepared for complaints and reimbursement. Instead of acting clueless and acting like you don’t understand English. Choice hotel need to do a better job of allowing certain ownership in a hotel and provide better customer service. Breakfast was horrible as well. Just horrible horrible experience don’t book here

Rooms okay. Facility and staff need improvement

The hotel was old and rundown looking. The room was ok, the ac didn’t work and would run for about a minute before turning off no matter how low you turned it. There was duct tape holding it together and dangling down. The bathroom is so tiny 2 people can’t be in there at the same time. The shower had no water pressure because the spout was barely attached to the wall and kept spraying water even when the shower was on. There also wasn’t plugs that weren’t used by items in the room or in terrible locations. All in all the hotel did what we needed as a place to sleep, but next time I think I’ll find a nicer one.

It was decent enough to have somewhere to sleep overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again. The room was small, especially the bathroom. The door almost hits the toilet when you open it and you stand at the sink with the back of your legs an inch from the toilet. Had to move the shower curtain so I wasn’t elbowing it while using the toilet. The pillows were also disappointing. They were smaller than my couch pillows at home. The walls are super thin too. I heard every single sound as if our neighbors were in the room with us. Woke me up a few times. This room was clean and did the job, but I did want better myself.

The staff are really nice but the hotel was ok. When i was in the hallway looking for my room I found random heels in the middle of the hallway, the door you barely can lock it from inside. You can hear through the walls everything, the first 1 hour or so it was really loud people arguing this was around 9 pm. The rooms are ok not as cleaned as I was expecting but at least the bed was really comfy.

The staff here were wonderful and prompt with their services!! The continental breakfast was decent, the lobby was well maintained and provided several refreshment options for guests (both paid and unpaid) and the location was close to nearby suburban areas and downtown Indy. The rooms themselves were clean, but the amenities were lacking and the rooms had some cosmetic issues such as outlets and light switch plates falling out of their sockets, which made it hard to charge our electronics. The TV is satellite only so no ability to use streaming services, the ice machine on our level was broken and the rooms did not provide much of a sound barrier so we could hear other guests late into the night and early morning, which was quite noisy at times due to it being the eras tour weekend. Overall, I’d rate our stay at about 3.8/5!
