The initial check in was smooth and easy. Went to the room we found floor around the A/C to have water. I'm assuming from the leaking A/C. Initially, it wasn't too bad, but by the end of my stay, there was a nice puddle in the corner And you can see underneath the ac unit there, to what appears to have mold on the wall. Also, by the end of my stay, the floor between the bed and TV had orange stuff seeping from beneath the flooring. I ended up using a towel to cover it to keep from getting in it all over the place. This location also seems to allow pets that have owners maybe not changing out litter boxes as a strong odor was throughout the hallways. When checking out, I said something back to the staff and they seem to be aware of the situation, but ultimately seemed to just shrug off my concern. I will definitely not be using or recommending this location ever again.

Served its purpose. Just slept there, out all day

It could’ve been cleaner through all the pain areas. Things seemed not to be kept up on. The room was ok. More attention to detail during cleaning as there was used soap up above in the shower still.

carpets in the halls were dirty with plenty of debris laying about. Floors in the room were dirty, corners in the bathroom were filthy and a bit disgusting. sheets were all wrinkled, not confident if they were washed or not.

The hallways were gross if I’m going to be honest, staff were very nice people staying there were nice. The place was just dirty, but you get what you pay for and you don’t pay a lot so you don’t get much I did bring my own fridge and my own microwave because it is not available to you. AC works kinda I found that it would stop working as well halfway through using but other than that, the room was clean itself. It’s just the building is the dirty part. Would I stay here again probably if I’m in the area and need somewhere cheap to stay, but I do suggest Maybe going somewhere else because this was not that nice but you get what you pay for.

I think a lot of the reviews on here are a little unfair. If you're going on a massive trip and want every amenity in the world ... this isnt the hotel for you. But, if you are looking for something affordable, convenient (right off the highway), and a relatively spacious room for the cost, it was definitely satisfactory.

If you need a super basic room to stay this is it. The mattress are hard as rock and stained, the smell of cat urine along with marijuana covered the whole building and the staff don’t seem to care. The rooms have a small attempt at upgrades but the floors are spongy in most places, standing in the shower it sounds like you will fall through the floor. Also if you take one of the rags and use it to clean the room as it wasn’t clean when you checked in you get charged for damaging it- with dirt from the room. The plus side is the man who worked nights was super friendly and helpful

Not comfortable with the property making a copy of my passport

The staff was friendly. When I got there tjey said they didn't have a reservation for me, I had to show them my phone with my booking info. They did jave a room available bit if they wouldn't have, I would have been screwed because of all the events going on in town. Honestly, I would not want my wife or girlfriend staying in this place alone.

A pretty sketchy hotel and they forgot to return my security deposit. Good thing I called.

Very dirty and needs to be cleaned and smelled

It was ok for a quick stay for a funeral. Lots of boarded up rooms and mattresses hanging up against windows. There was never any coffee. In fact the coffee pot was taken apart and laying on the counter as if it was there for days. No fridges or microwave .

This place is a dump. The room and hallways were not well cleaned or maintained. You could smell food cooking in the hallways. It felt like I was staying in a welfare motel. I do not recommend this location unless you are on a very, very low budget and all you need is a place to sleep for the night.

Staff was amazing! Given the price we got what we paid for. Definetly afforodable

Don't stay here if you can help it...first night I had strange people in my room with my son and service animal... second night the people in the room next to me kept banging on the walls...third night the cops were arresting someone outside the windows...hallway always smelled like pot or cat pee..and every night I had to go get my room key reactivated. Total waste of money...big d**g hotel.
