Beautiful location. Loved the open air living in the lobby and restaurant.

Extremely unhappy however when you visit Hilo you don’t have much choice of where to stay. Waited over an hour to get my room. Was told that the room was ready but had to have a final check, which took over an hour. Very frustrating to see other guests just get their rooms and some staff were extremely un-empathetic and rude.

Loved the location. Bed comfortable. Check in was disappointing. The rest was excellent

Loved the valet convenience

A good deal of construction is going on at the property and around the property. Not a great location for walking for shopping or dining. We were surprised with not getting the room we had booked and paid for in advance. We were given an ADA room that did not meet our needs at all. We had to live out of our suitcases due to no place to unpack and no counter in the bathroom

It had a lot of extras that I wasn’t expecting. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay with ocean view

Staff was friendly and kind. Rooms were clean and the amenities were good. The valet parking got clogged up at times but the staff handled it well.

Never disappoints.

Room felt unclean. Tub/shower/bathroom set up was very odd and small.

We were there for unfortunate reasons... but the staff made it comforting.

We love it.

It was close to Hilo Airport, the ocean was beautiful, the restaurant was nice, and the cookies were delicious.

Check in was Great! Surrounding area needs an update and hotel under renovation which it needs. But overall a positive experience.
