Everything here is next level top of the line! From the staff to the gorgeous rooms, spa with Roman bath, and the restaurant and bar. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was extraordinary from check-in to check-out. The property itself was immaculate, the staff friendly, and the service superb.

We had a glorious stay. The staff are very friendly and made us feel at home. The guest room was opulent and well appointed. I can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was really good and the area is fantastic. Room had skylights but sadly no windows.

I stayed here for 8 glorious nights. This hotel is absolutely stunning. The service was impeccable and the location was perfect for walking to any location in Florence. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. . Don’t forget to visit the spa!!! Also, the room where they serve breakfast is like nothing I have ever seen. Stunning!!! I will be back…
