It was close to the airport. Love the free shuttle service with Paxton. We also liked that while it was not near downtown Chicago you could easily access CTA back at the airport and the shuttle from the hotel runs every 20 minutes. We did not enjoy the breakfast or the guest who was downstairs arguing at the front desk.

Very nice place and close to Midway Airport. Easy to I-55 highway to the city. Bus in front and lots of restaurants including pizza, burgers and Mexican. Target is over the bridge on Cicero Ave.

My overall stay was great. The staff and management were super nice. I don't agree with the $30 fee to park, it should be free for guests!

They didn't tell me about the extra fees for staying at so close to the Airport. It cost me an extra 70 dollars, also there was some kind of motorcycle event. The bikers girls were flashing their body to everyone and were wearing nothing but a thong and bra. The staff didn't even call the cops to control the noise, There was trash everywhere. The trash cans were overflowing there was piss and vomit on the side of the building and beer bottles all over the place. I thought getting a 8.6 star rating would be good or maybe I just came at the wrong time. It definitely ruined it for me to ever stay at this establishment. Also it is in a bad part of town FYI

The parking was cheaper and easier than downtown areas. We had plans for activities downtown Chicago by Grant Park. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient to get on the Orange line directly there within a block. I have been to Chicago many times and this was the first non-stressful transportation time. The transportation was safe to take. The staff was so helpful in explaining how the transportation works and where to go along with the necessary apps. The hotel was walking distance to a variety of food. The area was safe and overall cheaper than downtown. I would definitely highly recommend for families or folks staying even if they have activies downtown!

Right by airport. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Good beds. Spacey rooms.

Easy shuttle to the airport

Good

We came to the property early to drop off our luggage and go to the Cubs game. The staff not only let us check in early, but in g ormed us about how to take the shuttle to the train! Awesome!

Great night’s sleep

Several good food options within walking distance. Bed was pretty comfortable and the hotel was very clean.
