On arrival we meet Manu on the front desk who was very friendly and accommodating. We were early and our room was quite ready,so we had a drink at the bar while waiting.. everything was nice and clean and our room was nice too. We only had breakfast on our last day and it was very nice and well cooked and presented. Would recommend and would stay again.

Extremely good, except for the Thai restaurant attached where we had to wait 2 hours for our meal!

Good location, right on the beach, walkable to shops and restaurants.

I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room, and the people at the desk were very helpful. I would stay there again.

My stay was excellent but parking on forecourt without blue badge in disabled space should not be allowed

No issues at all, only minor issue, bath towels tad course, may need freshening up!! Oh an bottles of water in the room may be a nice touch Otherwise a surpring excellent as do not normally frequent Best Westerns

From start to finish the staff were excellent, the room was great the position was superb and would definitely go back

Lovely hotel stay in Hove, bus stop right outside the hotel to go into Brighton, staff lovely, breakfast was fabulous

Lovely room on 5th floor with sea view and balcony. My room was very hot and there was no a/c that I could see. There is only one lift however and it is very slow....when I stay again ( and I will ) I would forego the view and the balcony to be on the ground or first floor which was cooler.

Can’t really give a feedback as there was power outage and I couldn’t stay here. The staff did all they could with this and I was refunded.

Lovely comfortable hotel on the seafront in Hove. Great location, bus ro Brighton centre stops right outside hotel. Breakfast was really good.

Location and staff perfect, unfortunately felt it wasn't worth the price , it was a warm weekend in May and the room was unbearable at times even with a balcony door open, we did have a fan in the room but didn't really make any difference, not somewhere I would want to stay in the heat of summer!. No fridge in the room was a bit disappointing and only mugs to drink out of. Some bottled water would of been a welcome touch as warm bathroom water was not the one. Can't fault the helpful and welcoming staff and the view from our balcony was beautiful.
