There was a group of people who partied until 330am and no one did anything about it.

We used this hotel due to late night afrivak. Che k in was efficient and rooms were in good condition. Would recommend this hotel

We loved our puppy friendly room. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of space for our family. The staff were very kind and helpful. We would definitely visit again. When checking in a lady that was heavily on drugs was pacing the lobby. Trying to get a room the staff politely turned her away. Later that evening we realized more people using drugs outside and walking outside the property. We were a little uncomfortable with that. But we understand that it’s a problem you have minimum control over. That would be my only concern when rebooking just for safety purposes.

We were in Niagara for the Barrelman triathlon. Hotel was centrally located. Good spot. The only complaint I have is the room did have an odor to it when we first arrived. I had some spray so that helped.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. 5 stars to them!! The breakfast was great and the steakhouse next door was very nice to have so close, with great meals.

Clean room

We really liked the stay however there are couple of factors which are very crucial to consider to improve the services you deliver. 1. Lighting in the rooms is very limited and there are table lamps which come to rescue and not the ceiling lights. Its surprising that in the queen suite there were only 2 night lamps and nothing extra. Same thing in the living area which only has 2 table lamps and a small light over microwave. It feels like there is too much cost cutting on good lighting which is a core part of the stay. You need to improve on this please. 2. Drinking water is being charged for 3 bucks extra which is only 500 ml which is not acceptable. After booking a stay of almost 200 dollars water is charged extra and no filling station available. 3. There is a coupon provided for breakfast with 15 percent off. However for a breakfast setup the items are quite expensive ($22 CAD omlette, same prices continue for french toast omlette and tradition breakfast) coffee is not included and which is additional $4CAD. one might feel thats its too expensive and that's why most people would prefer having it outside. Rooms were preety good apart from lighting setup and until you get used to it. Bathroom accessories were very nice and everything was provided. Overall you will like the view from the rooms and are spacious if you are booking a suite, not sure about other rooms. But might reconsider booking next time due to some of these factors which I personally didnt l
