Rom was clean staff was kind. Hotel busy

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are provided. There was also a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and blow dryer in the room. It was a quick pre-flight stay, so I can't comment on the included breakfast or other amenities. Checkin was quick and the staff was friendly.

It was a very bad stay. It was noisy until 3 AM and poor noise reduction between walls. The only two good things were the staff when I checked in and the quality of the Continental breakfast.

We stayed here before an early morning flight. Neither of us slept well as the noise from the planes and the hallway kept us awake. We were on the west side and could hear the planes occasionally starting up. I finally stuffed a towel under the hallway door to muffle the noise of kids running up and down the hallway and doors banging. The bed and room were otherwise comfortable. As well the hot water was just very warm and I would have liked to have a hot bath before bed.

The room was good, comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was a little chaotic and didn’t have a great selection.

Room was infested by bedbugs, sheets were dirty, carpet was stained. This hotel should not be operating.
