All good

The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it for (1 night sleep). Wouldn’t book for a weekend or to take the kids.

I checked in at 1130 pm after a long flight. I had to park in the back as paving was being done in the front. There was entry in the back so I had to drag my luggage past the AC unit in the grass. After my credit card took two times to register, I asked for a room close to the front or elevator. They put me at the end of the hotel. Once in the room, I counted 9 insect traps on the floor. I checked out the next morning instead of staying the duration.

this is a party hotel and has homeless and crazy people running and shouting in the middle of the night. all types of visitors all hours. do not stay here.

Staff had great customer service but the hotel is horrible. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as there were garbage behind the fridge and beside the bed and the sheets had stains. It smells really bad, room service was poor and the room I was in was musty. Our room service was just them using the same sheets to make the bed. When we asked for change of sheets they only flipped the sheets and reused them. The air vents were dusty which affected my son’s sinus. So many stains on the carpets it was a turn off

I don’t feel safe there and the rooms felt and looked dirty. The towels were not clean and very thin. I didn’t not sleep there.

Room was fine and clean, liked the roomy parking and it’s close to airport. We were only there a short time as we had very early plane to catch.

The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room faced King Edward with fairly heavy truck traffic so somewhat noisy.

The rooms themselves were clean and nice enough but small. There was lots of garbage left lying around in the halls and stairwells and the garbage cans outside the doors were overflowing.

Room was excellent! Staff very friendly! Breakfast was ok.

I travel for work and average about 180 nights per year in hotels. This is easily the worst stay I have ever had. My instincts tried warning me the second I entered the lobby. The breakfast area was chaos with stacks of boxed snacks and refreshments strewn about. Check in was smooth enough, I was given a room on the ground floor facing the street. When I entered my room, the first thing I noticed was a strange smell. I don’t know if it was meant to be a room deodorizer, but I found it to be repugnant. I immediately wanted a shower as I usually do after working all day. The only light in the bathroom was built into the vanity mirror. Maybe that was to hide the stains on the walls and “freshly washed” towels. I stayed 4 nights and had a total of 0 hot showers. Luckily for me I shave my head, because the shower was only equipped conditioner. No shampoo and none was ever put in the room during my stay. To top it off, after a couple of nights, I noticed 3 bites on my back and arm. I initially thought maybe they were spider bites, but after waking up the next morning I knew it was bed bugs. I am now covered with dozens of bites from head to toe. I have travelled all across this country and stayed in places that looked much worse than this place, but this is the first time I have ever been exposed to bed bugs. I will never stay here again and would strongly advise anybody and everybody to avoid it as well.

Internet keeps going off

I have stayed at many other country Inn and suites and this was probably the worst one. Hotel is pretty rundown and the rooms are getting pretty dated. I would recommend any other hotel in the area.

Bathroom of my hotel room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, possibly because a lot of smokers tended to crowd around right outside of my room's exterior wall where the air intake would be. Walls are thin - be prepared for a lot of door slamming all night and to deal with noise if you happrn to get rude neighbors like I did. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, standard hotel breakfast fare. Parking was general available. It was unclear at first that you can swing around the back. Could be a bit tight.

Breakfast was fresh and lots of good options. Staff was great at making sure everything was well stocked. Parking was good and safe. Good lighting and lots of spots. Our room was clean and spacious. Our towels were clean but had some stains on them. I advised staff and they came and replaced immediately. Staff was very aware that there kids being allowed to run freely up and down halls and had security on every floor trying to babysit these kids...unfortunately this isnthe parents fault not the kids and the hotel was doing its best to ensure we had a pleasant stau. This morning i had to leave the breakfast area as again due tonlack of parenting same kidsncame and came and ate their breakfast in barefeet as did the parents. I was really upset as this is not hygienic and not fair to the rest of us that were trying to enjoy our breakfast. Unfortunately that isnthebway the parents came down just as we were leaving. This really spoiled our experience. It is very sad as the staff was amazing and trying so hard+

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent.
