Convenient to historic Zaragoza area.

Really nice hotel. Close to the Old Town. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is polite and service oriented. The pool and pool bar is absolutely a winner.

Lovely hotel overall. To my delight I was able to check in a little early which was fantastic. Rooms are great, spotlessly clean, although did feel a little dark at the back of the property. Pool is very nice but make sure you are given a band at check in as I had been there for some time before being called out Infront of the entire rooftop for not knowing anything about it, which was a little embarrassing. The restaurant is fantastic, food was amazing. Highly recommend the steak! Location is great, very easy to find.

Excelente opción para estar unos dias. Muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando al centro, lleno de bares de tapas, catedrales, etc. el hotel muy bien, por ponerle alguna pega, le falta bidet y en la ducha algun escalon para poder asearse más cómodamente. Quisieron cobrarnos 10€ extra x cada hora que quisieramos quedarnos de mas (me parece un despropósito ya que si tienen disponibilidad porque habrian de cobrarte?)

A very good central location, fantastic comfortable bed and helpful friendly staff, nice mini bar selection. A little disappointing that the pool bar was closed in the late afternoon between approximately 16:00-18:00

On vous prévient 1 semaine avant par mail que la rue est en travaux. La chambre vue sur rue n’a plus la même saveur. Non signalé une partie de la façade de l’hôtel avec échafaudages. Une douche défectueuse au bout de 30 sec l’eau s’écoule jusqu’au sous la porte d’entrée. Chambre inondée. Pour une étape d’une nuit de 3 personnes c’était pas formidable au vu du montant réglé… déçu de Meliá.

We booked this hotel without being informed that the building is undergoing major renovations, along with the adjacent street and parking area. The entire façade is covered in scaffolding, and construction workers are constantly moving around right outside the windows. Street work starts early in the morning with loud jackhammering, making it impossible to sleep in—we were literally woken up by the construction crew. While we understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, the hotel failed to communicate any of this in advance or provide any instructions to help navigate the situation. The entire street is blocked, and we had to walk over 100 metres from the nearest parking area. There is no convenient access for cars or taxis, which would have been good to know before arrival. Check-in was painfully slow, and the staff showed no friendliness or sense of urgency. That said, the rooms themselves are nice and comfortable—but overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency and poor service.
