Great location for the price!

Good for the weekend

Easy check-in and check out, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was surprisingly good for such a small property.

I've come here often for the Shakespeare Festival, and each time, the spaciousness of the room impresses me. It's absolutely immaculate, and I love any breakfast that lets me make waffles. It's a delightful walk to the theaters, and I'll stay there again and again.

This is a very old hotel. There were 2 nice pictures on the wall but other than that, not much going for it.

As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe at Flagship Inn! Thanks for a great stay!

The front desk staff seemed new and untrained, the “free WiFi” virtually nonfunctional, the “breakfast included” was not restocked, the waffle machine broken and we all went out for breakfast. And the bed was lumpy. Its two Star rating is generous. We won’t be staying there again

good overall except their is no blackout drapes. Feels open and less privacy.

Clean but rundown looking.

So first of all, the people who run the place our friendly and very helpful. We needed to make some last minute changes to our accommodations and Shasta sorted it all out for us. Great customer service. The room decor is maybe a little tired, but they have spent money where it counts. The mattresses, pillows, and bedding were incredibly comfortable. We also loved that the double room consisted of a room with a bed and a second, separate room with a bed. Great if you're traveling with kids! The fridge was sizeable and it worked great. Everything was very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

On a long drive from Oregon to the San Francisco Bay Area, this was just what we needed. An inexpensive overnight stay with a clean and comfortable room. Typically, I am not a fan of hotels where the room doors go straight to the parking lot rather than an interior hallway, but this was perfect for our circumstances. For a longer stay in Ashland visiting the town or the Shakespeare festival, I would likely choose something closer to the town center. But for somebone on a budget or just a short visit, the hotel is comfortable and clean.

Good enough for a one night stay, but definitely shows its age

Excellent very clean hotel we were very pleased in every way. The location is very quiet with restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Kuerig coffee in the room. If our travels bring us back we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.
